I arrived ON TIME to pick up my click list order and it took nearly 40 minutes to receive it. The employees were doing their absolute best but it is clear that they are very understaffed, likely due to your store trying to cut costs by reducing hours. This leaves the remaining employees with double, sometimes triple the work. Kroger only cares about money. You are running these employees into the ground making them work so incredibly hard, and all they get is lousy pay and yelled at by customers. This is completely unacceptable. I will consider returning as a customer when you treat your staff like human beings.

Did not get half my groceries at pickup tonight. Have not had time to run back up there yet so I have been trying to call. First time it rang 15 min then they picked up and hung up. Now it’s been ringing almost an hour. So much for customer service desk,…..

This location is absolutely horrendous. I have attempted to contact the customer support division for over 2 hours and I have been ignored. I have contacted other departments and have been told there is no store manager available... I have been hung up on while trying to get information regarding my lost debit card.

I frequent this Kroger because I love the Lola Savannah coffee, the pharmacy(Wylie)is really good & has what I need when I need it and I love the discount on gas.

Good Job today, Kroger. the store is filthy, the self checkouts were filthy... but they did have an ample stock of TP and paper towels HOWEVER i had to choose either wiping my behind or wash my hands. Really? we couldn't get one of each? Hey Kroger, stop assuming everyone is "hoarding TP and PTs" maybe we are just trying to get enough to use while we are stuck at home.

Even though everyone has made a mad dash to Kroger bc of Coronavirus... this store is in great shape. It’s clean and the employees are in good moods! Janice (in the picture attached) is funny and runs a tight ship. Her line moved 2x as fast and very efficient.

Did an online order and they apparently didn’t receive my cake order in the same order with the food. However they received the food order. They told me they would whip up a cake together real quick for free to make it right. It wasn’t even the flavor type that we wanted. I would of rather got what I paid for and would happily had paid for. Kroger Wylie has been my favorite grocery store due to the great deli section and fresh produce. I've been shopping there less after seeing a customer openly carrying a gun around. I'm glad they've decided to disallow open carry. I'll feel safer.
My go-to for groceries! Plus AWESOME people work here! I love how Kroger employees greet you while you're shopping - they interact to check on you, ask about your day, and are just generally friendly. I appreciate that! I will drive out of my way to come to “MY†Kroger in Wylie.
