This place is the go-to-place for BBQ. Their brisket is tender and so delicious and smoked to perfection. The pork ribs are amazing. The owner is very accommodating with the type of meat (lean or fatty) when ordering. When we are in the mood for BBQ in the area, it’s only Linke’s for us.

I love this place. The best in Wylie and around that I have had. The meat speaks for itself but the sauce is tasty as well. The sides are delish as well. Every time I have been in, I’m greeted with a smile and warmth, kinda like coming home.

Stopped in for takeout to deliver to a new mom nursing her infant son. She needed that brisket and mac and cheese. My partner and I needed the ribs and slaw as well as brisket. I needed their pickles. Our needs were well met. Fantastic BBQ place! Because it's the real deal.

What everyone is saying about this place is true! It’s AMAZING!!!! This was my first time visiting Linke’s BBQ, and I’m already looking forward to going back. My fiancé and I went on our anniversary, absolutely starving and wanting to try somewhere new. We drove 25+ minutes to get there, and it was so worth it. It’s tucked away in the cutest downtown area and looks pretty unassuming from the outside, but the second we walked in, we were greeted so warmly it felt like visiting old friends.

We ordered the brisket, ribs, and mac and cheese—thinking it would be like any other BBQ spot. The moment we sat down and took our first bite, our taste buds were in shock. You can taste the quality instantly. The meat was insanely tender, full of flavor, and just melted in my mouth. I’m a huge sauce person, so I added some BBQ sauce too, and it was perfect—light, flavorful, and didn’t overpower the meat at all.

And I know it sounds funny, but even the pickles, onions, and jalapeños were some of the most flavorful I’ve ever had! Born and raised in Texas, I’ve had more than my share of BBQ, and this was hands-down the best I’ve ever eaten. I will be raving about it forever.

To top it all off, the owners surprised us with free peach cobbler just out of sheer kindness which made the experience even sweeter. Thank you so much to the guys at Linke’s, can’t wait to come back!!!

Came in on a Thursday night and ate the brisket (half fatty, half lean), pork ribs, and Mac & cheese. Everything was great!

To top it off, the condiments were probably the best I’ve ever had. Pickles were easily the best and I’m not a pickle guy. Jalapeños were whole, not very spicy but flavorful.

Service was friendly and they refused to let me pay for the peach cobbler. We’re definitely coming back - see y’all there

Juicy brisket, fabulous ribs, range balls always come home, and the sides are the best of all the bbq places around. It's a go- to for our family. The potato casserole is a must and the peach cobbler is mouth watering!

Fun small business that always, always smells so good! We go late in the afternoon/ early evening to aboid the crowd. The staff is entertaining and knowledgeable. Three smoked chicken need to be pre-ordered... and definitely worth the wait! You gotta go!

I'm always worried when I see so many stars but from the moment I walked in the staff and people that makes linkes a warm welcoming environment. The food is hot and ready and the BBQ is top -notch. The atmosphere is cool and fits Wylie perfectly. I can see why people love this place. Clint the guy in the front who was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. The ribs where juicy and tender and I can't wait to try the BBQ sandwiches.

I came here for the first time for lunch on Wednesday and had to come back on Thursday. Brisket was excellent and the pinto beans were great. I would drive 100 miles for the potato casserole and the peach cobbler.

No reason to go back to dickeys or spring creek after this. Best bbq in the area the ribs don't even stick to the bone if you pick them up by the bone the meat won't come with it. The beans are solid and the Mac n cheese is great. I paid about $17 for half pound of ribs and a side and a drink. Great place and great value.
