The brisket is beyond perfect. Moist,with a nice smoke ring. The potato casserole was good. And the peach cobbler by far the best I've had. The owner is the hardest working pitmaster I've met. Linkes is worth the trip.
My son and I wanted good brisket so I looked it up and found this gem. Nothing fancy just quality homemade food. The brisket melts in your mouth and the Mac n cheese was very cheesy. The service was delivered with excellence and love for their craft which is to make good food and take good care of their customers. The energy here is so positive and that’s hard to find. This needs to be your barbecue “go to”.
Looking for the absolute best BBQ in Wylie, follow me downtown to a hidden gem called Linke's BBQ. While I am not a professional food critic, I have had the pleasure of savoring some exceptional BBQ over the years. During my visit to this establishment, I ordered the sliced brisket sandwich, and I must say that it was the most tender and delicious brisket I have ever had, hands down.
