I came in after work on 9/3 and just wanted a tea. I took a big sip expecting yummy fresh tea and OMG it tasted awful! Cold but nasty. Almost like its been sitting awhile or has chemicals in it maybe. Im not sure but almost 4 bucks for a drink is crazy and now i cant even drink it. Just gonna pour it out and trash it. Very disappointed

The manager, Jacob, provided excellent customer service because I couldn't try some cookies. Above and beyond. Ordered via app. Some limited time cookies were on there, looked good, added to order. Get to store, cookies not available. I wanted those cookies, not any other, chose refund for the cookies. It's fine. Jacob was apologetic and gave me a free sandwich coupon. Go to redeem coupon the next day. Jacob sees methere, gave me 2 free cookies, and comped my meal. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this location.

We come here off and on and it’s always good. No issues but today was the best. Jacob, the GM, was very attentive and accommodating to us. He came over multiple times to make sure we were good and was very polite. We let him know we appreciated him tonight but wanted more people to know. Thanks Jacob!
Food poisoning. I did not eat anything but peanuts, THEN decided to go to McAlister's. Got the Jalapeño Turkey Sandwich and Spud. I know the bread had spots that could have been mold but I take it that the bread has Jalapeño cooked in it. If not, then it was mold. Also, had bacon, ham and cheese on the spud. Not sure what could have caused it. BUT for sure, something from this store CAUSED me to vomit and have stomach pain and crap.

Broccoli soup is a joke literally has no broccoli in it. So thin & full of nothing it can be sucked up with a straw. If you are toothless, you might like it. After taking 2 bites of the the most disgusting broccoli flavored water, I poured it down the drain. What a waste of money.

The food was very good. Not one employee ever Cleaned any table after a guest left. Just pucked up!!! Terrible turn off! After finding the manger, I could see how lazy she acted about it. Awful practice for a manger......

I went here Friday for dinner with my grandparents; I was greeted by a young lady who took our order. She was very attentive and polite. She could visibly see my grandfather was struggling with his English speaking, so she took it upon herself to speak Spanish with him! My grandfather was very pleased that he was able to get the help needed! This made me super happy that my family is welcome in this establishment. I believe the young girl’s name was Layla. she made the experience at McAlisters the best! Thank you Layla!
