She could visibly see my grandfather was struggling with his English speaking, so she took it upon herself to speak Spanish with him! My grandfather was very pleased that he was able to get the help needed! This made me super happy that my family is welcome in this establishment. Update: i wanted to add at the top of this review…the food was hot, came out quickly, and the quality is definitely there. As far as the customer service, I have received an apology from the general manager. That meant a lot to me! An apology goes a long way and am glad that McAlisters cares. Thank you for righting your wrong.
