Just left the drive through and the girl handing out the food has the worst attitude I have ever encountered in any McDonalds. Have attitude when the person taking the order got it all wrong and I ask for it to be corrected. They half filled the fries with very cold fries. This is hands down the worth one I have ever been too and it is said that management won’t do anything about it when the customer complains.

Manager "M", wearing no name tag. talked to employees and customers with lack of respect, yesterday evening, proudly replying to the male manager, when asked where certain employees are, "I sent him home."She sent one humble employee home while I waited at the counter, with two other customers, for a mobile order I was instructed to park and wait for that was not traceable, once I went indoors to inquire.She seemed exhausted and uninterested in speaking to people pleasantly and with leadership to resolve issues, to coach employees through mistakes and to resolve customer issues.I have met another manager here, also, first initial "M" (names withheld for safety in this bizarre society), and she is exceptionally delightful, consistently.Meanwhile, the corporate feedback form is glitchy. I wonder if intentional to avoid digital feedback.The McDonald's brand, like its sandwich and beverage sizes, is diminishing, and its popularity and profilts, should, too, deservingly.

asked for 2 hamburgers with no mustard and no cheese and did the complete opposite and they forgot the pickles and not even that they gave me stale medium fries which didn’t even come out to be the amount of medium fries night shift ponganse las p*tas pilas.

I always have a problem when i come here, from the attitude, to not having my full order. it’s actually kind of impressive how they have forgotten at least one item EVERY. SINGLE. TIME i have came here. i truly don’t get it. won’t be eating here again after giving them too many chances to redeem themselves.

Hi, I have come here every couple weeks for the past few years. I always get the same thing - 2 double cheeseburgers with extra onion ordered on the mobile app. Over the past few months, it seems you've stopped honoring the "extra onions" option offered in the app. My burgers come with little or no onions now, every time.I always have them remake them, and I'll continue to - it just surprises me that you haven't addressed it yet. I'd prefer not to have to do this and waste the original two burgers.I would appreciate an explanation and how you plan to address this.Thank you

Worst McDonalds EVER, they are always out of something, the ice cream machine doesn’t work, it is always SOMETHING and the little snotty teenagers should be trained in customer service. How is it my orders are always wrong, even based on the limited menu they offer at any given time?? Horrible!!!

Generally the service at these fast food chains are pretty standard. I will have to say that this particular branch Lacks management skills to make decisions to help the client. My example today well that's something to order a ton of food at 11:30 I use the app to select a free McChicken but the app said it wasn't available through breakfast. I explained and showed the error on the app to the lady accepting payment and her response was we have no control over the app. I think that I can say more than I want to hear but I will refrain from being negative or mean. I didn't recall asking her to control the app or make a change globally on the app like a developer, I would hope she would recognize that era and correct it for the franchise. That being said what she did earn for the franchise is a one star in my review. Rarely do I give a one star. This is not the first time this is happening here and if you think you're going to ever get ice cream at this location good luck ,.

Sat in line for far too long!!! Took forever only to get order wrong!!! Ordered 2 coffees one with 4 cream one with 5. Both had written on the cups what was ordered! The one with 5 also had sugar!! Sugar in coffees that neither were supposed to have! (Mom is diabetic) tried to call instantly, rang until we got to walmart, then call was cancelled, called back, rang until we got almost up 205, call dropped again! Continued calling back and getting call dropped each time until we got home to farmersville!! This must be why you have a 3 star rating!! How difficult is it to make coffee?? Apparently harder than anyones pay grade here!! You need to have all employees go ty Chic Filet for training, they have the best drivethu service ever!Why??? Why do we keep giving this place more tries???Went again today, same thing COFFEE!!!! 20 minutes after being told to pull into parking spot and they would bring it out, I finally went inside! Absolutely clueless clan up in this place!! Got called sir not just one time, but twice!! One time by the manager!!! And she turns to her clan and said, "another complaint " I bet that is the most used statement in this establishment!!! SMH how difficult can it be!!

Amazing!! Never thought I’d see McFlurrys here again at this hour 11pm!! Once my sibling told me they were selling all treats and drinks again here I started coming back and not driving out to the Murphy, Tx location! Since I stay around the corner!! Lady tonight was very kind and polite. Along with the cashier that helped us out!!

If your running late you may want to skip this place early in the morning. Staffing issues caused me to sit in the drive thru for about 10 min. But they were friendly and so was I. Not their fault. Hiring is tough right now.

Service was awful management does not care , well here we are a year later and not much has changed they can't read instructions off the computer. Ordered thru UberEATS and of course it was wrong don't order from hereDietary restrictions: Well here we are again and I guess we are just going to have to give up ..... burgers had so much salt you couldn't eat them , don't think I'll be giving them another chance spent 20 dollars and couldn't eat it

On March 4 2024 @10:25pm I decided to pickup some McDonald once I was placing my order for two milkshakes the employees lied about not having ice cream until I saw an employee making himself a shamrock milkshake and oh once I asked to speak with a manager she got an attitude I told her the truth of what I saw and on top of that employees decided it would be funny to mess with my food order giving me 4 cheese burgers with lots of mustard and ketchup and 6 pickle in one burger and the rest didn’t have any toppings when I specifically order 4 Mc chickens (Night staff suck in service and especially the manager can’t handle this teen playing to much with people food
