My family and I frequented this place many times, but after today's experience, we won't be going back. My daughter picked up one of the candy toys that they have by the cashier, and the lady said that because she picked it up, I had to pay for it. She also had an unnecessary bad attitude because I asked for our food in to go containers instead of their dine in plates since we were not going to eat it all there because some relatives were not with us. They still brought the food in dine in plates, and we had to re pack our food. Overall, that cashier's attitude is why we are not going back.Girl who brought our food was really helpful.

We just moved to the area and were looking for a spot where it would feel like “home”. There’s other Mexican restaurants in the area but none like this!This gives Dallas vibes in the best way, going to the bazaar and eating FRESH food and drinks.The portions are great. My husband (not hispanic but a quesadilla connoisseur) said these were the best quesadillas ever. The trompo is rich with flavor. The fajita tacos get a 7/10 for me, I felt the meat could’ve been a bit different but with the salsa y onions asada it’s great. They even serve the tacos with radishes. My 4 year old LOVED the rice and borracho beans. The beans tasted like what we had growing up with the hot dog or sausage in it. The margaritas are great! They offered tajin and chamoy around the rim. We didn’t try it this time but they offer different desserts as well.For the price we spent about $35 but this included a side of fries and a margarita.We can’t wait to go back!Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs!

Holy smokes I’m looking for the 6 star button. Fast friendly pickup order in exceptionally nice clean restaurant. Got the food home and OMG blew my hair back. So fresh, absolutely Flawless. Can’t wait to go back!!! Great Job Mijas!!!
