It was so interesting to choose pizza toppings like that but as a first time goer, it was super confusing. There really is no example on how to order or what options they have. The food was fast and good so I would definitely recommend.

Sizable good handle hot pizza serve while you wait. Dine in, take out or delivery. Convenient location is in business dine in center near big major shopping mall. Open plenty of parking. Family pizza all you can eat get together. You can watch while staff makes and cook. Open kitchen. Staffs are very courteous and helpful.

We came in about 50-40 minutes before closing. Only one of the two employees greeted us, he was cleaning the dinning area, but the person behind the counter did not even look at us when we came up to the counter to order. I noticed that he had already cleaned and wrapped the sauce area and was working on the veggie/extra toppings area. Honestly I understand wanted to GTFO ASAP from work but if you don’t want people coming in and ordering how about you lock the doors and I don’t know maybe shut the oven off so it doesn’t spike in temperature and be working all funky for the openers the next day. That child needs to be retained on MOD’s values and how to greet customers that come in. You say Hi and Bye to customers you don’t ignore them.

This place sucks. It's not even pizza. No wonder we were the only people in there at 630 pm. It's sauce and minimal cheese on a tiny cracker, though the cheese doesn't taste like cheese. My pizza was all bread and no toppings and my family was very disappointed. We won't be coming back and will make sure we spread the word to our local Wylie and Sachse community to stay away. We also got 2 inedible salads. The lettuce was only and wilted. What an absolute disappointment. They won't be around long.

For the price you can’t beat MOD. I love the taste, the fast service and the price. The Sriracha ranch is amazing to dip your crust into. The only bad news is they are build one closer to my house in Garland, so I probably won’t come to this location anymore.Kid-friendliness: It’s a great place for kids because it’s super casual and the outdoor seating is also great.
Cook had terrible attitude. I got 1 of the 2 pizzas i ordered and asked for the 2nd pizza that was sitting on the counter ready to go into the box. He turned away and put in 6 uncooked pizzas into the oven. He then came back, put my pizza in a box, placed the box on the pickup section, and turned away without comment.Maybe I was expecting too much, I left a decent tip.Maybe he was having a bad day, We all have had at least one.Maybe I wasn't his type of customer. I'm an old guy.So the obvious resolve is to walk my wallet down to the pizza restaurant down the street.

My spouse is a retired Veteran on Veteran's Day We encountered a very rude person. His name is Steven as we waited on our pizza we decided to scan the app to receive a free dessert. Not understanding exactly how the app works we tried to retrieve the free dessert from the rewards program with that we assumed this coupon was in the email! Steven which I believe is the manager was disrespectful and rude for no apparent reason.. other than race..any other person that approached the counter he was fine! It's very discerning to experience this type of service, especially when my spouse has fought for this country for 20 years and on the one day of the year that is allowed for them to be appreciated, you're disrespected!! Steven seriously, is in need of more customer service training , especially since the customers typically are the huge suppliers for the company be aware and mindful that being courteous and being polite actually, goes a very long way! Please if you see this review, Mods pizza needs to re-train Steven on customer service and being polite!! Very disappointing!!

My boyfriend and I came to pick up our pizza curbside from Mod. We are frequent flyers at Mod, and we absolutely love it every time. Everyone is super fantastic every single time we come.Bryce brought our food out and I teasingly shouted to him to bring back the ricotta (teasing because I know he can't, but seriously - BRING BACK THE RICOTTA!!), and he back and forth bantered with my boyfriend and I. He was fun, kind, and helped me figure out what I need to do to get my RICOTTA BACK IN STOCK!!Bryce was fantastic, deserves a little extra recognition. He was the brightest part of my day! ☀️ We love Mod and can't wait to come back for more!!
