My go to for pizza as the chains put money over quality as far as I'm concerned. Made a mistake on a busy night and immediately corrected it and didn't try and blame me for it even though it was my fault. Highly recommend!

We love the Stuffed Chicago Pizza!! Cook it at home and add some skillet heated prego traditional Marinara sauce to the top to make a true Chicago style pizza even better than Juno's in Chicago.

Done with Papa Murphys. They close at 8, and wont take orders 30 minutes prior(23 this particular time-which is more time than pizza places take to have your pizza COOKED). The employee that answered thought it would be funny to offer a thin crust cheese pizza. No thank you. Completely rude and unprofessional.. Will never be going back, especially, to the Wylie location.

I have to give some kind of rating to leave a review but it would be a negative if I could leave it at that!!! I used to go here all the time when I lived in Wylie and the previous owner was there. Now since it has changed hands I've seen the employees and the concern for proper self hygiene and cleanliness go down the drown. Several months ago there was a young lady preparing a pizza with long braided hair which was hanging in front of her and dangling just above the pizza she was preparing. Today, 7.25.2020 I decide to go and check it out and hopefully have a good sense about ordering a pizza....the only girl in the store was preparing a pizza, mask hanging away from her face, and as I came in she proceeded to touch the front of the mask as to put it back on with her one gloved hand, then grabbed a bunch of pepperoni off the pizza she was preparing and threw it back into the bin of pepperoni... the other hand was not gloved. I decided against ordering and turned to leave but thought I should share with her why I changed my mind. I told her I decided not to order and began to describe what I had seen her do and that she had contaminated the pepperoni. She asked me to leave and said I was being rude. I asked how I had been rude, she said the way I told her what she had done was rude. I just thought everyone should know that the employees at this establishment are not using good judgement in regards to how they prepare your food and could be jeopardizing your health. I would appreciate seeing a reply from the owner on here as I think it is pertinent that they retrain, and perhaps, hire new employees that are more customer and health friendly.
Called in our order went to pick it up everything went fine. Love the fresh ingredients! Also nice to have HOT pizza because it comes straight out of your own oven . They list some tips and tricks in the store and also on papers that come with pizza when you pick them up. These will help you to make the pizza the way you like them.

From great to really bad. Dirty and understaffed. Two people working there really needed a manager. Other patrons there were really upset with their orders. My pizza would not slide off the pan so it could not cook properly. Corporate needs to know how bad this franchise is. Took 25 minutes for them to make one Pizza. Apparently the franchisee is never there and obviously does not care.
