I waited for 30 minutes to have an order taken for in-house eating. There was a man standing against the wall who has been waiting 45 minutes for his order to pick up so he could eat in House. DoorDash were in and out constantly picking up orders. The only orders that the staff were Cooking and producing were DoorDash or Uber eats orders. Absolutely insulting this was Wylie, Texas. 5-29-25

I’ve been coming to this pei Wei for some time now as the manager Armando somehow makes my food just like I like it and my kids love the fortune cookies, but as of recently we’ve noticed there’s no fortune cookies available for us to grab like there usually is we now have to walk up and ask it’s the little things

My family and I have been going to Pei Wei for many many years. But this is our first time to this location. I was actually planning to go to the opening day to meet Jet Tila. But my schedule prohibited me from doing that. But was able to come this time. As we walked in, we were greeted by the person at the counter. She let us take our time deciding what to order. Which in reality wasn’t long at all. My son wanted the teriyaki chicken and I got my favorite the orange chicken. I usually like to try something new, but I have been wanting this for a while now. My wife ordered the drunken noodles. Which is one of Jet Tila’s recipes. Everything was just delicious. If I had one complaint, it would that my wife and both had chicken that was very grisly. That was a first time that has ever happened at a Pei Wei. It was even stranger that it happened for two separate dishes. But even though there was that, it wasn’t enough to lessen the experience and I would definitely one back.

It was our first time here. I ordered a feast and was told, we were not allow to choose shrimp as a entree and only chicken. If this was real, why didnt he say it in the first place. But I noticed that I ordered beef also and we couldn't get the shrimp. I also wanted to add pad Thai and he either was talking to himself or me, like I can or can not add the item! I don't know but he thinks I'm a dump person. The food was delicious though.
