I showed up to pick up my pizza and I had accidentally ordered it at a restaurant over 1 1/2 hours away. Brandon came to the window when I pulled up. He could not find my order because I ordered it at the wrong location by mistake. He was so helpful and kind. He called the other Pizza Hut to cancel my order and explain what had happened, then he helped me to reorder. Thank you Brandon. I just want to let you know that you have a wonderful employee with such a kind attitude of service towards your customer. Thank you, Arlene Carter.

Mike is the worst manager ever! His people messed up my order and he didn’t want to fix my order! When I asked bout his general manager he said he couldn’t tell me when he works next. And when I asked for the area manager which he has to give a number for he said no! Mike is an awful manager!!! Wylie pizza is a joke! They messed up my whole order last night and didn’t want to fix it!!!!! All they care bout is their money and not the customers!!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Worst pizza hit there is! I will go out of my way to go to another if I ever decide to go to one again!
There's really no place to eat in, and even though you come in to pick up your order, there's still the obligatory requirement to decide on a tip amount, or no tip at all, when queued up to pay Either I get my order and it's ready and right, or it isn't. It is VERY transactional. So I honestly don't understand how a tip request is a positive for enhancing customer relationship.

Ordered through the app around 6:30 and it took it an hour to even start preparing the single pizza. Then it never once said it was out for delivery. I called around 8 and the first guy blamed it on their system and the manager said however it was out for delivery and failed to find me. Never once did I get the notification it was even out for delivery. They didn’t even try to resolve the problem and was basically making it seem like it was our problem. Now in total waited 2 and a half hours for a single pizza and they didn’t even deliver it they had DoorDash bring it. And the pizza is cold

Two, a month later, and I receive someone else’s food. No where near what I ordered.
One pizza, 16 boneless “wings”, and a brownie. $45 😮
Shame on you guys. Can’t even cut a brownie!! 🤦♂️

Ordered chicken wings half lemon pepper half garlic Parmesan paid 30$ for 12 wings took 2 bites was so over cooked they had no flavor this happened before I gave it the benefit of the dought and ordered again to not only take 15 mins to take my order but took over an hour to get my food there were so many employees talking loud in the back ground the person on the phone had to ask me multiple times what I was trying to order when I got my order it was so bad I couldn’t eat it and threw it in the trash spoke with the manager and all I got was oh I’m so sorry will never happen again I’ll never order from this places again called Marcos pizza my order was at my door within 30 mins and omg the wings were stupid amazing good for half the price sorry Pizza Hut u lost a good customer

This is the worst pizza hut I've been to. Staff is always unfriendly and service is slow. I don't understand why the operators at this location just can't seem to get it right.
To Manager, the guy I spoke to for carry out order on 31st October 2024 at around 5pm was very rude and tough to work with on the phone to give an order. When I tried to finalize my order, he hung up on me. Please take action against him for a better customer experience

Person at the front desk was very rude, the address on the online order says South HW while they use North HW at store, so he told me it's on the south side. I gave him a phone number which was not on the order and then when I gave him the other number he rudely said I already check you and you gave me the wrong number, also assumed me for being rude and when I tried to show him the address on the order he said don't shove your phone at my face. AVOID THIS PLACE, VERY TOXIS STAFF

I am extremely disappointed in the new changes to the tavern style margaritas pizza. According to the wonderful person on the phone, their district manager changed how much pesto is to go on this pizza, and the new amount is 5 droplets a slice.
You can't even taste the pesto.....
The store goofed up my pizza the first run, but made it right and got me a new one made correctly (according to the "new" measurements via the district manager).
Let me tell you the heartbreak and disappointment I have in this.
And for the district manager, don't punish this store for your ruling. This was on your shoulders. Own up and fix it.
