The gentleman was very nice. Told me about their specials for the night and what would be my best buy.
The pizza was made quickly. Only waited about 20 min.
It was awesome! Had it for supper, midnight snack and breakfast! I have always thought Pizza Hut has the best carry out Pizza!

We ordered ahead in the app, and the pizza was ready and hot when we arrived. A delivery driver (I'm assuming) was coming in at the same time I was, and he waited to hold the door for me.

Got my food really fast but I see why food under cooked I talked to someone at the location did not care at all. Did not offer to fix anything! I had to recook the pizza myself! I tipped 8 dollars for one pizza! 20% on line and 5 in person. For undercooked food!!! Worthless!!!

Extremely unprofessional and careless. I’m a DoorDash driver, i got an order from this location. The store was so busy, I waited in line and was told it would take 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, they said it would take even longer but had no idea how long. The employee in front of me even told me and other DoorDash drivers to cancel our orders. They clearly don’t care about delivery drivers or customers and have absolutely no customer service.

If you want to eat and actually get your food, do not order from this location. Don’t waste your time your orders will get canceled or take over an hour to be ready. Who knows!

I showed up to pick up my pizza and I had accidentally ordered it at a restaurant over 1 1/2 hours away. Brandon came to the window when I pulled up. He could not find my order because I ordered it at the wrong location by mistake. He was so helpful and kind. He called the other Pizza Hut to cancel my order and explain what had happened, then he helped me to reorder. Thank you Brandon. I just want to let you know that you have a wonderful employee with such a kind attitude of service towards your customer. Thank you, Arlene Carter.

Mike is the worst manager ever! His people messed up my order and he didn’t want to fix my order! When I asked bout his general manager he said he couldn’t tell me when he works next. And when I asked for the area manager which he has to give a number for he said no! Mike is an awful manager!!! Wylie pizza is a joke! They messed up my whole order last night and didn’t want to fix it!!!!! All they care bout is their money and not the customers!!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Worst pizza hit there is! I will go out of my way to go to another if I ever decide to go to one again!

There's really no place to eat in, and even though you come in to pick up your order, there's still the obligatory requirement to decide on a tip amount, or no tip at all, when queued up to pay Either I get my order and it's ready and right, or it isn't. It is VERY transactional. So I honestly don't understand how a tip request is a positive for enhancing customer relationship.

Ordered through the app around 6:30 and it took it an hour to even start preparing the single pizza. Then it never once said it was out for delivery. I called around 8 and the first guy blamed it on their system and the manager said however it was out for delivery and failed to find me. Never once did I get the notification it was even out for delivery. They didn’t even try to resolve the problem and was basically making it seem like it was our problem. Now in total waited 2 and a half hours for a single pizza and they didn’t even deliver it they had DoorDash bring it. And the pizza is cold
