Ordered through the app around 6:30 and it took it an hour to even start preparing the single pizza. Then it never once said it was out for delivery. I called around 8 and the first guy blamed it on their system and the manager said however it was out for delivery and failed to find me. Never once did I get the notification it was even out for delivery. They didn’t even try to resolve the problem and was basically making it seem like it was our problem. Now in total waited 2 and a half hours for a single pizza and they didn’t even deliver it they had DoorDash bring it. And the pizza is cold

One, I never received, even had manager cuss me out on phone.
Two, a month later, and I receive someone else’s food. No where near what I ordered.
One pizza, 16 boneless “wings”, and a brownie. $45 😮
Shame on you guys. Can’t even cut a brownie!! 🤦♂️

Ordered chicken wings half lemon pepper half garlic Parmesan paid 30$ for 12 wings took 2 bites was so over cooked they had no flavor this happened before I gave it the benefit of the dought and ordered again to not only take 15 mins to take my order but took over an hour to get my food there were so many employees talking loud in the back ground the person on the phone had to ask me multiple times what I was trying to order when I got my order it was so bad I couldn’t eat it and threw it in the trash spoke with the manager and all I got was oh I’m so sorry will never happen again I’ll never order from this places again called Marcos pizza my order was at my door within 30 mins and omg the wings were stupid amazing good for half the price sorry Pizza Hut u lost a good customer

This is the worst pizza hut I've been to. Staff is always unfriendly and service is slow. I don't understand why the operators at this location just can't seem to get it right.
To Manager, the guy I spoke to for carry out order on 31st October 2024 at around 5pm was very rude and tough to work with on the phone to give an order. When I tried to finalize my order, he hung up on me. Please take action against him for a better customer experience

Person at the front desk was very rude, the address on the online order says South HW while they use North HW at store, so he told me it's on the south side. I gave him a phone number which was not on the order and then when I gave him the other number he rudely said I already check you and you gave me the wrong number, also assumed me for being rude and when I tried to show him the address on the order he said don't shove your phone at my face. AVOID THIS PLACE, VERY TOXIS STAFF

I am extremely disappointed in the new changes to the tavern style margaritas pizza. According to the wonderful person on the phone, their district manager changed how much pesto is to go on this pizza, and the new amount is 5 droplets a slice.
You can't even taste the pesto.....
The store goofed up my pizza the first run, but made it right and got me a new one made correctly (according to the "new" measurements via the district manager).
Let me tell you the heartbreak and disappointment I have in this.
And for the district manager, don't punish this store for your ruling. This was on your shoulders. Own up and fix it.
This is the best Pizza Hut location! The food tastes great, the store is REALLY CLEAN ✨ and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back again soon!!
They totally messed up my online order. I order a personal pizza with mushrooms and a medium round pizza. They gave me a personal pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. My wife is allergic to meat so this is a big problem. The medium pizza was square instead of round not a big deal but not what I asked for.

I ordered from here just now & they don’t close until 12 something & it’s still 12. I ordered from Uber eats and Uber eats said the guy said they was closed!! I hope he gets fired! He could have made it! So rude!

Ordered from this place several times. They will probably take 2-3 hours to deliver your order and they will definitely get your order wrong.

We had originally crust pizza. Hald with pinapple and half with onion and banana peppers. The crust was great. All the ingredients were great also. Freshly made. The bread sticks were good. The counter person could have used some help but the wait was not bad
