Worst customer service rather then solve the problem or be helpful Joe would rather put the blame on the customer when the order came out wrong. Food was late to arrive and one pizza which was a large came out as a medium size couple with the fact that I didn't even get my drink I paid for. Yolinda you got to train your staff especially Joe better cause it could have easily been the Doordash problem but no it has to be the customer in Joe's eyes.

Me and my family order from this location very often and every time our pizza is fresh hot and very tasty the customer service is great and their very friendly and happy spiritKid-friendliness: They almost speak to the kids as well

Two nights in a row it was total chaos trying to pick up here. Tonight I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that I was told was “ in the oven” when I arrived. I hope they get it fixed. I will not be going back.

I always have the best Experience !! i get delivering all the time ! The only sad thing that happened today was the delivery fee went up to $4.99 and the driver doesn’t get any of that sadly .. So I have to pay more for the delivery person so Idk why Pizza Hut charged someone to take their orders and they basically are Charging you for Something that they arent even delivering .. Someone else is delivering .. I guess Ill stop being lazy so I can still get check good pizza ?

Their food has always been amazing but the nighttime manager as he told me he was I’m not really sure if he was or not and he refused to give me his name. He did not have on a name tag. Chubby white boy maybe mid 30s early 30s don’t really know. dark hair. Very rude very feminine so I know corporate can tell you who that is but I’m making a phone call tomorrow because he was very rude to my child and then very rude to me on the phone and our food came wrong after he was rude on the phone because I did not want to place an online order. Every time I called and asked to speak to the general manager he tells me that I cannot speak to the general manager. The general manager is not in and it’s been over a week now because it was before Thanksgiving. I have tried plenty of times to call and they don’t answer the phone. The GM for this establishment apparently is him and that he doesn’t want to tell me that because he’s the one that I get every time I ask for a manager. I’ve been to the store three different times I sent myself and I sent my sister in and I sent my daughter. We all asked for a manager at different times so he did not know we were together. We did not park in front of the store and every single time he tells us that there is no other manager. and I don’t even care about the fact my food was messed up at this point. It’s about the fact of how rude he is and he does not care about customer service at all. So go to the other Pizza Hut on 78 or go to Murphy don’t even go to this one because they weren’t like us a year ago or even two years ago when we first moved down here and start ordering pizzas and I have not had this problem with any other pizza place.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. It is not only dirty but also people don't seem to know what they are doing. The time I arrived, at least four people were waiting before me and then other customers kept coming. I like Pizza Hut in general but seeing this place so dirty, I don't think I'm ever going to order anything from this place. Inside, everyone seems to be running, someone is teaching how to put the pizza in the oven and how to cut it. Cleanliness inside is quite questionable.

OMG!! I came to a Wylie for a basketball game. We ordered over 20 pizzas! Damon and Shelton got our orders out to us in 20 minutes!!! I am so thankful to them.

They hung up on me multiple times forgot my food refused to give me more and repeatedly hung up on me. I don’t recommend getting food from here the pizzas uncooked and have to noodles on the pasta Burt I’m so disappointed
