The most pathetic experience anyone can have ordering a pizza from this store. We placed the order at 7:55 pm I called up at 8:45 and they casually tell me that we are just two people here so its going to take time, after several requests to provide an ETA since we had hungry kids waiting at home they say its going to take another 20 minutes....I calln gain at 9:15 a guy answers and puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Had to hang up and call again to cancel the order the lady readily agrees without any apology or courtesy. This store gives Pzza hut a bad name and they dont have a clue about customer service.

I ordered a simple personal pan pizza just a couple minutes ago. They definitely need to check their oven temps. Food was 10 mins longer than they quoted and it was undercooked. I won’t be going back.

Very slow service, one of the shift managers is very rude.
Very disappointed with the service at this location. I’ve ordered at many Pizza Hut locations before and decided to order pizza from here. Upon walking in, I made eye contact with one of the staff and said “Hello”, but was completely ignored. There were a total of three staff members talking amongst each other and for five minutes didn’t pay any attention to me. Finally someone came up and gave me my order, extremely disappointed and won’t be back. Taste was terrible in comparison to other pizza hut’s, tasted like cardboard. I would recommend staying away!

They are never ready with your order, even if placed ahead of time. 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon, no customers and it’s still going to take 15 minutes, even though order was placed ahead of time.

The one young man working today (5/22/25 at 3:00 pm) was hustling and busting butt to fill orders coming in constantly. He was by himself. Pizza Hut should feel blessed to have a hard-working employee and his manager should’ve been there helping if short-staff is the reason he was alone. Whoever you are young man, my pizza was perfect and may God bless you.

Placed order via app, which actually worked this time. Received order but one of the pizzas was not as requested. Called and manager was very nice and agreed to have remade as ordered and delivered. When pizza was delivered the crust was soggy. This was suppose to be a thin and crispy. I had requested extra marinara sauce, but there was sooooo much cheese couldn't taste marinara. I feel it's time to order pizza from somewhere else. There have always been difficulties ordering online or using the app. You're delivery drivers have always been very pleasant.
