Every time I order from this store, they either get my pizza wrong or they forget something on my order. Do not ever order from this store unless you’re going to pick it up and check your order every time I get delivery they screw it up. Poor management. And they use DoorDash to deliver my last pizza and I can’t get a refund for the dessert that they did not deliver to me that I paid for and they want to give me store credit and I said no I’m not gonna order from the store anymore. I want it back on my card and they say they can’t do that. Don’t waste your money. The pizza is not even that good.

I ordered 3 toppings Large pizza few moments ago first time in this store but unfortunately the taste was horrible, specially I instructed spicy marinara in it but the flavor doesn’t seems like. My main concern was about the dough. It was not fresh. Pizza was not fluffy even. I absolutely not recommend to anyone. Pizza Hut must need to take a closer attention in it cause it’s about their reputation. Even though the service was good. Fully dissatisfied.

Tonight my wife put in an order for delivery. What she didn't know at the time of ordering is that Pizza Hut contracts delivery's with DoorDash instead of their own drivers. (Insert eye roll here.) To our suprise, 15 minutes after our deliver should have arrived, we get a call from the driver who was asking for directions to our house. He said he put in the address correctly, but he was somewhere 30 minutes away from actual address. (I guarantee he used the wrong address). My wife called the store to complain. The GM provided excellent customer service, even going so far as to call Doordash to seek out an answer or compensation for the failed deliver. Doordash basically told him to fly a kite. Even after all that, them GM provided my wife with a credit towards a future order. This went above and beyond as far as we are concerned. Btw. When the driver finally arrived, he told us the address he had used. Just like I thought, human error.

Ordered an XL NY pepperoni pizza. It was so disgusting we could not eat it. Undercooked. Soaked through with so much oil it was soggy and wet. Absolutely horrible. Threw in trash. Do not order from this location!

Don’t order from this place there’s always something wrong that they do. Either missing food items, delivering at the wrong locations, giving the food to doordashers. Most of the reviews are negative too, now I know why.

The man Ethan basically called me a lier about me having 2 orders. I showed him my receipts about my 2 orders he lied and said he gave me both orders until another employee looked up the orders and told Ethan that the order belongs to me that was in the heated oven. Ethan was rude and needs more training.
