Order pizza at 12pm no pizza. Called picked up and hung up. Called again guy answers call at 1:45pm when I call makes up some story about no cash delivery, then says no drivers available, then says phone number (which is correct in Pizza Hut system) is wrong and says I can come pick up the pizza that had been sitting there over an hour started to question his BS and he says fck you and hangs up. Corporate should cancel this location...just read reviews they are all true. Update: Got 3 call backs from the pizza boy here who claims to be making a switch to plumbing now (as handling pizzas is too complex) and he plans on sticking a plunger up my you know what.....you can't fix stupid but Pizza Hut Corporate you better be paying attention.

I always have gone to this store for over seven years. Now when you go in it has a horrific smell like sewer and the front entrance was full of receipts paper that had fallen on the floor. Just looks very trashy. They really need to fix that smell

Stay away from this location. If we could give zero stars we would. Tonight alone they have had to come out THREE separate times to get one simple order correct. We have had to talk to two different "managers" who were ZERO help, unapologetic, and rude. This place has repeatedly messed up orders, delivered to the wrong house not only once but twice, very late orders, or sends the wrong pizzas/food entirely. Something is ALWAYS wrong. I don't normally leave bad reviews but after multiple orders being wrong or missing entirely, we are officially moving to a new pizza chain. Do NOT use this place. Horrible customer service, horrible delivery. We have given them several tries thinking it would get better but it just is consistently bad all the way around, every single time. Do yourself a favor, stay far, far way. Tonight was the last straw since once again our food was delivered to the wrong address, nowhere to be found....they brought out the second order and once again part of our order was missing, now we are waiting on the THIRD try. We will never again use this location!!!
The service is regularly efficient, awesome vibes, very nice staff. I will visit here again when I am in the area.

I was very upset overall I did not want to make a scene in the presence of other upset customers where do I began my order was suppose to be curbside. I sat in my car and did not have any attentions of going in but however I'm glad I did number one my order wasn't cheap number 2 they charged me wrong for one of my pizzas EXTRA topping look like it should have been plain. The manager was very respectful but on the other hand a bit in a rush to understand my WHOLE ORDER should have been a MAJOR credit on my account. PIZZA HUT WYLIE!!!! I'm not please as a customer at all my order was half done and honestly not pleased. The time was around 10:18pm on 07/11/20 ticket number 190 My server was Haley I don't know who the manager was on this shift!!!!!!!
