I buy smoothies almost daily for me and my family. It is the 2nd time that in this location they prepare it badly. It doesn't have the flavor it should have, it feels like it's missing some ingredient. They also didn't let me use my rewards because according to them they only qualify 20 oz drinks. And mine was 32 oz. I never received any notification that said it….

Staff is extremely overworked. Not sure why you only have one person doing online orders & walk-ins. Slows down business & keeps customers waiting entirely to long. Love the drinks but customer service needs to change.

Walked in after my morning neighborhood stroll and a very nice handsome gentleman named Alex served me and the service was fantastic and amazing would definitely recommend going into there establishment and request

I came in today and a younger gentleman with glasses was working. I struggled to talk bc I had just had a wisdom tooth removed (hence why I wanted a smoothie).
When I got my order he had mentioned that he made the smoothie “soft but not too thick so I could drink it better for my recovery!” This was so kind and made me smile (under the gauze ?) being that he paid attention! You truly made my day despite the pain from my tooth removal and the smoothie was refreshing and just what I needed! It’s the little things, thank you for your kindness!
