They didn't seem too welcoming. A shame because their pumpkin smoothie wasn't bad. I would recommend stopping by at another place like a boba place for your sweet tooth cold drink needs

Never know what to expect with this location they just close when they feel like it i saw a free smoothie on the app and i go to get it and the app says no online ordering at this location 230-9:00 pm I go to see and they are closed at 230 no clue why find it weird it's on a promotion day but there's always something wrong when i go to this place not to mention the store is just never cleaned and half the time the employees are just hanging out in the back just annoying if you ask me.

I’ve never been more disappointed in customer service than I have tonight. There were two girls working: blonde and darker haired girl. The darker hair girl saw me walk in and she was not quiet about how annoying it was for me to walk into a public place. She rushed me for my order, she kept rolling her eyes at me, she had to remake my smoothie twice and I guess finally gave up because it wasn’t filled all the way. I deal with teenagers like this all the time at other places, but if you can’t make a smoothie right, why are you working? If I could give negative stars to this girl, I would. Blonde girl was sweet but her face said it all for her coworker.

Yesterday was mine and my son’s first time here and it was spectacular! McKenna was very kind and patient with my son who is on the spectrum. Usually, when I have a teenager taking my order, I feel rushed and disrespected, but she is the complete opposite. She was actively having a conversation with me and didn’t show annoyance and wasn’t trying to find a way to close it and as I’ve said before, patient. I was blown away as she seemed to have advanced knowledge on the menu; she was throwing out suggestions left and right. Not only that, but the smoothie she made was delicious! I will 100% be back here again.

Don’t do mobile orders really if your expecting them to do them in order. I did a mobil order at 1045 at 1115 they still had not started and actually out the mobile order to the side on the table and not the strip with orders . I finally just told them to cancel. No refund. Very disappointed even when I got there and stated I had a mobile order they didn’t change. 2 people came in and ordered and they did theirs before mine.
Filthy store. Smoothie splattered under the entry cabinets, up the walls and to the ceiling. Looked old (not fresh). Waited an extremely long time for an order. And this wasn't me just being impatient. I ordered ahead on the app and I arrived about 5 min after ordering. Several people that came in after me got their order and left. Over and over again. Even after asking about my order, still took 10 minutes; which was the original quoted time. Almost 30 minutes waiting. Not a good place to go get a quick smoothie.

I came to this location and got 4 smoothies. 3 of them were the same, yet they all looked and tasted differently. Extremely sweet. I noticed the girls were having to add more to each blender as the cups were not getting full and some were coming out super thick and some super runny. I don’t think think the girls are trained well. They were very nice, but the drinks were very poorly done.

The past 4 times we have been to this location they have been out of peanut butter. As a main ingredient in several smoothies, I don't understand how peanut butter is always unavailable.

Delicious drinks. I’ve noticed that the quality and taste of drinks have really improved the past month or two (a year ago the drinks tasted different from visit to visit, from my personal experience). Highly recommend. Staff is awesome!
