I want to give a shout out to this location. Today my mom got upset about the App not working and the staff there were patient and kind. I worked 8 years of retail, so I know what it's like to have a customer get mad at you for reasons that are out of your control, but this location did a GREAT job of handling the intense situation. The person who helped us even pulled out the hand book to look up the customer service number for the app. Thank you so much for your help and for keeping calm! You guys are the best!

This morning I went to this location and I had pre-ordered a Toasted White Mocha on the app. When I got there I was in the drive through line for 25 minutes. I was annoyed but not upset at all by this. I got my coffee and they were friendly as usual. When I got to work I realized it was not even 3/4 full and on top of that it was super lumpy and tasted gross! I ended up having to throw it out after a few sips. I called after work to let them know and the phone ranf endlessly. I made several different attempts to contact them with no answer. I will not be going their again.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years. All the employees are incredible. However, last night I met a young man by the name of Zeke, and I have to say. This interaction I will remember for the rest of my life. He was beyond kind and caring, I just wish nothing but the best for this guy. Much love y’all.

This Starbucks is always out of almost all, if not completely all, of their breakfast and lunch foods come around lunchtime. Today was the second time I’ve been here within the past few weeks with the intention of getting myself a sandwich for lunch. Last time I came here, they were almost out of all sandwiches, so I had to pick one that I initially didn’t want because that’s all they had left. Come today, they were not only out of all sandwiches, they didn’t even have their protein boxes either. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to be consistently out of basic food for lunch goers. Won’t be going back given that they can’t even get their act together on something this basic.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great inside but I had to remove a star for their horribly congested and poorly placed drive thru line entrance. It is located extremely close to a main entrance/exit to parking lot for all the surrounding businesses. Cars stack up from all directions trying to get into drive thru line. There is no clearly posted recommendation of how vehicles should approach and line up. I have had to park far away and walk inside to get my order the past 6 visits (at various times of day). I have gotten stuck in parking spaces anywhere near the line, as well as nearly being hit by other vehicles. Many near misses and fender benders have also been witnessed.This location is in desperate need of a redesign of it's drive thru entrance. Relocating the menu and ordering closer to pickup window, and placing the drive thru entrance in back of the building with a clearly posted direction for traffic flow would help tremendously.

The customer service here is excellent and my drinks have always been made well. When they've been out of something they seem truly apologetic and offer up great substitutes or personal favorites, which often times I'll end up ordering! My last few visits have been met with extremely kind employees who seem happy to help, which is so nice to encounter these days.
