As if Starbucks isn’t expensive enough, why do they feel that gyping people is no big deal. I was in a rush and didn’t check the coffee. Made it onto the highway and popped open the lid because it took a minute for me to get any coffee out when I titled it to take a drink. I am telling you I was so upset! I paid almost $8 for this coffee and almost a third of it was missing. Why?? I know foam can sometimes cause a bit to missing especially if it settles but if my venti cup is 1/3 foam that’s excessive. The point is, is it was void of foam and liquid. I called customer service, yeah….I am that guy. I don’t go to Starbucks, but maybe 2x a month depending on how many bills are due, so it just sucked not getting the amount of coffee I paid for. Hopefully they don’t make a habit of this.

Placed an order in the drive-through, there was one car at the window. 19 minutes later I was able to get my order. Apparently, the car the window was applying for a job and chatting it up with a little dude working the drive-through. Then proceeded to ask her if she’d like to order a drink. By this time, cars were wrapped around the building. When I asked why he didn’t Have her drive around to get her order. His only response was I get it. Best part is I was lucky enough to have straws in my car. He couldn’t be bothered to give me straws. Does Customer Service service even exist anymore?

Definitely my favorite Starbucks outside of the Reserve at the Empire Building in New York City.
The staff is always friendly the food and coffee is on point and the manage quite large a morning line efficiently and with a smile.
Its a BIG routine for me and my oldest on Friday’s before school! He has to get his Fridays off to a good start! #DragonFruitFridays
Two girls were working and we didn't realize when we pulled in that they closed at 830... we showed up at 830. They were so nice and patient with me. My son was having a fit and I asked for warm milk and a few other things. They made everything perfectly and they were so nice. I felt awful when I pulled up to the window and saw the time but they didn't seem bothered at all. I was so appreciative.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FIRSTLY THE LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS SO MEAN I ORDERED A PUP CUP AND SHE SAID "WERE NOT SELLING IT ANYMORE'' AND SHE WAS LYING AND I ASKED IF THAT WAS THE PUP CUP AND SHE SAID "WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT IS THE PUPPUCHINO AND MY MOM WENT TO COMPLAIN AND THE BARRISTA YELLED AT

Also a fast and accurate trip! Since they’re drive thru or walk up only, even when they’re busy they move pretty quickly, and they get our drinks right! And they’re conveniently located.
