The drinks are always really delicious and flavorful here. The service was good. There was a bit of a line/wait in the drive-through, but it wasn't too bad. The staff was nice and my drink was great.
This has to be one of the best SB around. Always fast, friendly, and consistent. Wish this location was closer to where I live!

Not a fan of Starbucks, but they are slowly winning me over. I've been given several suggestions as to what to get. My favorite is the medicine ball with extra honey. The others are good as well. I've yet to be disappointed.

Okay I normally do not leave reviews, but I have to this time. I’m not sure what changed, but in the past few months this Starbucks has really stepped it up. I just moved to the area back in Sept 2022 and tried this location and was not pleased with the customer service. The girl at the window didn’t even speak to me, just handed my drink over. I thought it could just be that girl so I tried again a couple weeks later. Same situation, but different employee. I stopped going to this location just based on the lack of warmness from the employees. Fast forward to a couple months ago when I tried this location again. Seriously night and day difference. The employees are super friendly and welcoming each time I drive through. I come here several times a week because they make my drink the best and they are very pleasant. Good job to this team!!

Showed up early before work for a cup of coffee & even though Sebastian & Lucy were short handed, still setting up, etc., they were able to professionally & very politely handle my order in a most efficient manner. I greatly appreciate their sincere apologies for being behind schedule & a sincere effort to make sure I was able to get my “cup o’joe” before going to work for a busy Labor Day Weekend. Will be back for more Java in the future. Thanks!

This is the worst starbucks ever! I have never had a good experience here. I decided to give it another try today and was yet again disappointed! I ordered 3 venti shaken espresso. He tried to give me just espresso over ice. He proceeded with do you want milk. We got three nasty espresso with 2 percent milk. They werent even filled all the way. I had to wait until I got home to add my own ingredients to make it taste reasonable! My boyfriend and I work our butts off in a hot factory just so we can throw our hard earned cash away at a trash hole like this store. I never complain but I have had it with poor customer service. If you are in the wylie area. I suggest you go to the hwy 78 location. They are the best location in the area hands down.

Literally every time we go here and get pumpkin bread, we’re given the end pieces - that are thick and dry. It’s happened way too many times to be coincidence. That and today, instead of one pumpkin and one banana bread, we were given two banana breads, which we didn’t realize until we got home with them - and of course one was the end piece. And how convenient this Starbucks has no phone number listed to call them and tell them they screwed up our order.

It has a seating area with about six tables and there are several outlets to choose from.The food isn't always stocked if you're the first customer in the door in the morning. Also, if you plan to grab a drink and hang out to work, bring a jacket. It typically feels like you're sitting in a walk-in freezer. You will also have to endure the store announcements, so it's not necessarily a quiet space to work.Parking: It's a Kroger grocery store, so there is plenty of parking.

Great place to get a drink! Only problem is the worker who served, she was rude, and seemed very annoyed i ordered a chai latte light ice. That was all! I think her name was Sam, and I just didn't feel welcomed so I am sorry, I hope this changes, and sorry if I did anything wrong❤️
