This is the worst starbucks ever! I have never had a good experience here. I decided to give it another try today and was yet again disappointed! I ordered 3 venti shaken espresso. He tried to give me just espresso over ice. He proceeded with do you want milk. We got three nasty espresso with 2 percent milk. They werent even filled all the way. I had to wait until I got home to add my own ingredients to make it taste reasonable! My boyfriend and I work our butts off in a hot factory just so we can throw our hard earned cash away at a trash hole like this store. I never complain but I have had it with poor customer service. If you are in the wylie area. I suggest you go to the hwy 78 location. They are the best location in the area hands down.

This Starbucks is inside a Kroger grocery store. It has a seating area with about six tables and there are several outlets to choose from.The food isn't always stocked if you're the first customer in the door in the morning. Also, if you plan to grab a drink and hang out to work, bring a jacket. It typically feels like you're sitting in a walk-in freezer. You will also have to endure the store announcements, so it's not necessarily a quiet space to work.Parking: It's a Kroger grocery store, so there is plenty of parking.

I usually don't write reviews. But this really rubbed me the wrong way. Went through the drive thru at 8:40pm to get a quick coffee, but was ignored. The sign says they close at 9pm and the lights and everything were still on. Even pulled up to the window, since nobody replied at the intercom. But they just pretend like I wasn't there. They did it for the following customer after me as well.

I have no idea why so many negative reviews here. Perhaps they're looking for the drive thru location in the parking lot, because this location (inside the grocery store) is GREAT. I drive past the other one and get out of my car to go inside, JUST to go to this particular Starbucks. The latina barista (I want to say her name was Leticia or something similar) consistently does an amazing job on my drinks, the service is great, and they've never given me any reason to complain. In this "Age of Convenience", any place that can get me to drive there and walk into a grocery store just to get a coffee is definitely deserving of 5 stars!

The barista with no teeth is constantly a problem. Literally there are so many bad reviews on this place, and the store owner even responded to one of them yet there aren't any changes. This lady asked where I was \\\"from\\\" after I ordered my drink just because it wasn't a \\\"normal\\\" drink and had modifications? This lady literally acts rude to every kid and the drinks are barely even good, like they couldn't even get that together... anyways.

0/10 customer service. I've never wanted there to be a 0 star so much. The ladies are all so rude, especially the one with missing teeth. I've never wanted to throw up more once I saw them making drinks without gloves. Her attitude is just so rude and unnecessary. DRINKS ARE MID ANYWAYS.

The barista from Starbucks she was so nasty and unsanitary she would grab the ingredients with her bare hands like the matcha and dragon fruit and the station was so sticky. When I went to the restroom she followed me thinking I was a student and assaulted me by calling the cops on me.She also wanted to take a picture of and I respectfully asked no, but she still took it I just felt so disrespected worst barista experience ever.She is the barista with no teeth and shes white fyi

I have never visited a Starbucks that makes me feel so welcomed and who makes my drink orders right every single time. I especially didn't think that I was going to get that type of experience from a Starbucks inside of a Grocery Store. But this place really delivers the type of service that goes above and beyond. Cynthia is an absolute treasure. Whatever you need to do to hold on to her, do it. She is amazing. I have a sprained knee right now, so going inside of a store is a hassle I already don't want to deal with. And yet, going to this Starbucks before I start my shopping is more pleasant than dealing with the Starbucks that has a drive-thru right across the parking lot! This Starbucks will definitely see a lot of me.
