I have mixed experiences based on who’s working. There’s a guy that works here & has been great. Never an issue when he’s working. The teenage girls however… seem to hate their job & customers. I order on the app & when asking for extra anything, they do the complete opposite & do not add it to the sandwich. This has happened the past THREE times I’ve ordered on the app, along with them always putting my order on the wrong shelf that doesn’t match the initials they have on the shelves. When I come in they are hiding in the back then come up like 30 secs after they hear the bell and say ‘you need something’… I’m just tired of paying $11 for a sandwich they completely mess up almost every time now. I love subway so I still eat it but it’s not the same as what I want. I guess you just have to order in person at this location to make sure they actually put what you want on there.

I’m usually not one to write a bad review, mainly because I’ve worked in food service for a very long time but this was the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Please do yourself a favor and just drive the extra few miles to another one. The staff were very indifferent to their whole job I guess and I felt more like a burden on them than a customer. She started off trying to give me the wrong bread, had to correct her no big deal. Then I asked for the meat and cheese to be heated but by themselves (I’ve ordered this a million times) she then stacked everything up onto a piece of paper including stacking the cheese one on top of the other. So of course when it melted, it just made a huge clump of cheese on the meat. She then tried to just lay that as is on the bread… in addition to that, she barely gave me any meat, so little that it wasn’t even enough to spread out onto the bread…. Which I’m expected to pay $13 for. I then asked to not have a huge clump of cheese on top, to which she sighed and broke the cheese up into three pieces and laid on either side of the huge clump in the middle. At this point I’d had enough. I told her thank you but I’m good and proceeded to walk out. I walked over to Wing Stop right by Subway and got great customer service and delicious food. I learned my lesson and I won’t be back..

Subway is a reliable spot for a quick and fresh meal. The staff is always friendly, and my orders are consistently prepared correctly. I especially appreciate how easy it is to customize sandwiches just the way I like them. Great for a fast, tasty lunch or dinner on the go!

I don’t like to write bad reviews but had to do in my case as the customer service at this location is very disappointing, the lady at this location is always very rude.
I had placed an order for my family and she was getting ready to make the sandwiches, I politely asked her to add another sandwich, the lady got rude and harshly said why I did not place all the orders at the same time as this was an inconvenience to her.
Another time I had requested her to change gloves to avoid food cross contamination and she argued and refused to change saying that she is busy and doesn’t have time to change them.
Unfortunately due to multiple bad service experience I don’t want to come here again or would recommend this location.

This was the flattest, smallest sub I have ever eaten from a subway. It was online order. I wish i looked at the sandwiches when i picked it up. They put only half size of everything i asked for. I ate more bread than the contents of the sandwich. They were about to get an earful but you guessed it they wont even answer their phone.

Ordered two sandwiches, one of them a 12” in flatbread. They only put meat at the end of one of the long sides and rolled it up so it was only about 6” long. Asked for two waters. Paid and left a $2 tip, then was told that they were out of water cups and if I wanted water I’d have to pay for a small cup. Lady working was fairly rude and uninterested. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The hispanic girl who was working didn’t even acknowledge me when I entered or attempt to take my order but stood and talked to her friend about a trip to Alabama. Please hire people who want to work and not hang out. will never return.

The portion of vegetables in veg sandwiches is very less. I fell like I am eating only bread.
Don’t order online. They look at your invoice and notice no tips, they will not make good sandwiches.

Subway Review – June 26 at 8:25 PM
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service was horrible — staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. To make matters worse, the portions were noticeably lacking. I ordered two footlongs, and neither was made properly or with the full amount of ingredients expected. It felt rushed and careless. Definitely not the level of quality I’ve come to expect from Subway. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Ordered online for delivery through the website was delivered by door dash from their website ordered meals and did not get chips or drinks for any of our meals called a dozen times rang forever and no one answers and no way to get my money refunded!

App wasn’t working with accepting payment and employee weren’t trained to assist. Wouldn’t honor app deals even though it wasn’t working. Used same card at store and worked.

These two mexican girls kept giving us bad looks when we visited this place. On top of this after we ordered our food we saw a white old man come in to order his food and he had problem hearing and these two girls proceeded to not serve this man in a kind manner. Not even the bad part, after the man ordered they went and talked about how he couldnt hear and he was too old to be ordering from subway. This is shameful they were throwing racial slurs while talking to each other and this is an embarrassment overall.
