This was the filthiest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The floors were covered in crumbs, grease stains, and trash, like no one had bothered to clean in days. There were bugs crawling near the seating area, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. I would not be surprised if the health department shut this place down.
The food was just as bad. It was cold, greasy, and sloppily thrown together. The cheese was not even melted, the tacos were soggy, and I have had gas station food that was fresher than this. It was clear that no care was put into making anything remotely edible.
And let me be clear—I eat a lot of Taco Bell. I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu, from Crunchwraps to Cheesy Gordita Crunches to the Breakfast Quesadillas, and I know what this food is supposed to taste like. This location is a disgrace to the brand. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed. This is not just bad service—it is a complete lack of effort. Do not waste your time or money here.

I ordered a luxe box through uber eats and my entire order outside of chips and queso were wrong there are potatoes in both the taco and chalupa when I ordered ground beef. I even triple checked my recipe where the hell were there potatoes anywhere. This seems dumb but I can’t even go back to the store to let them no called no answer and I ordered through UBER EATS

The food was prepared according to my picky children’s request however, looking around the dinning area it is gross. Doesn’t look like it’s been properly mopped in days. There is trash and food under the counter and under the drink machine area. The front door has a mat where food and mud have both collected over time.

Ordered way ahead on the app but still after arriving 20 minutes after my food said it would be ready it still wasn’t and had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food is usually good, but lately, they asked me to use the kiosk, but I was paying cash. The young lady asked me to use the kiosk, and I said I'm paying cash. She said it's ok. When you're done, you can pay cash here. She stood there the whole time I placed my order and waited for me to pay her cash. Taco Bell, please make it make it since. There were about 5 people use standing around doing nothing. So I walked out and did place my order. I'll just go to the Murphy location. It's better there. Ps the other day, I was at the wylie location, and they were freaking out that a manager named Zack was gonna do a shop on them. That was the best service I ever got there. The first time I got a refill without asking, the people were cleaning the store being extra nice. It was a great feeling from what we usually get.

Worse location. Hispanic lady is dropping fries with a full blown winter coat, wiping her face with the same gloves. Employees never have any enthusiasm behind servicing you always very confusing because none of the counter or drive through people want to be at work and it always shows. I only door dash at this location.. if I ate taco bell I’d never go to this one.
They were very rude and slow.
