I had a terrible experience here but the Store Manager Yolanda and the Supervisor Adelita went above and beyond to make it right. They gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received

The bread was too thick, and the French fries were lukewarm and not as good as they should have been. Normally it's great but this day not sure what happened.

I asked for a plain burger with no vegetables or cheese and they put two slices of cheese. when I went in to get the burger done right, they were very rude and later didn't give me a straw.

We ordered in the app for drive thru pickup. Got to the window and they took 28 minutes to get us our meal - a 10ct nuggets, a sandwich, 2 fries and 2 drinks. A BASIC order. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Worst Wendy’s location. Just go to the one in Murphy.
I’ve ordered from this place twice and each time there was a literal slug in my food !! Absolutely disgusting and disturbing.
