Sandwich was salty. Drink machine has been out of order for at least the last year???? Said they are waiting for repairman???? Only offer canned drinks with no free refills. Tea is not fresh. Employees stay in back of store and you litterly have to holler at them for ice refills, or anything else you need. Will not return to this location.

The female employee was cold… and a very slow worker. She was on the phone the entire time- taking my order and making the sandwiches. The sandwiches were dry and awful. Even my dog wouldn’t eat it.

My daughter and I had lunch at your store today. After waiting a couple of minutes a female employee came out from the back and a young man followed her. The woman came to the register and was rude and cold. The sandwiches were dry and salty. One other person ordered carry out. After we got our food both employees returned to the back of the house, no one minding the front.To say the least, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. We will not return.

Horrible service lady who sounded grumpy came out and told me they didn’t receive the order and just walked off avoid this store at all cost and just make yourself a sandwich at home.
Apparently only one person works there. Don't any friendly customer service or even a twinkling of care from her either.

My experience with this location was sad. I had high expectations but super let down. The sandwiches were not as good as other places. The ranch that came with the fries seemed to have gone bad and fries were not as good. Last but not least we got drinks and there was no ice it would have been nice to be told oh there’s no ice. The lady said it wasn’t working. After we purchased the drinks. This store is a catfish looks pretty and nice.m but, inside it’s not.

Google says that they're open until 8pm! I tried to get food at 7:45 and the doors where already locked. The employee where just standing around inside and dismissively waved at me. Tried to call the store, but it went straight to voice mail. Get better service please!

I ordered Uber eats from which which in Wylie Texas. I ordered a Chicken salad but they sent me a Chicken salad sandwich. I called and complained I had to drive myself to go pick up the salad. Got home to eat and the chicken tasted spoiled and rotten. So then I decided to go ahead and eat the chicken salad sandwich I ordered through Uber. I gagged and threw up. That chicken was also spoiled. After I finished throwing up. I called to let them know that their chicken was spoiled. I was told that it wasn’t spoiled and that no one else had complained. She also stated that they keep their chicken for 6 days along with their other cold cuts. So basically I was cheated out of $14 and lunch and all I got was an upset stomach. She didn’t seem concerned that the meat was spoiled and that it made me throw up. So I’m assuming they are not going to throw it out and will continue to make other people sick. I will NEVER EAT AT WHICH WHICH AGAIN. JUST NASTY!!!!

Decided to stop in for quick bite after some shopping, ordered my sandwich and included guacamole only to notice it was not fresh!! Dark and gross guacamole. My sandwich was a waste☹
