This Wylie Wing Stop location is excellent. We have a particularly difficult order because my wife likes her chicken cooked more well done and I don't want it cooked as much as usual because to me sometimes the wings and drums can get a bit overcooked and get very hard. But, the last 4 or so times we've been there they've really gone out of their way to make sure our order was cooked just like we liked it.

Very disappointing. I walk into the location and I’m waiting for the young woman to get off the phone which is fine that wasn’t the problem. The problem was after I come in another woman comes in that’s not the same as me. A man walks from the kitchen (an open kitchen) and walks to the counter, asks the woman what she needed, and completely ignored me without blinking an eye. By the time he noticed my frustration on my face the girl up front got off the phone and handled my order. I don’t want to bring race into it but what else could it be? Very VERY disappointed. Not to mention the TENDERS I received looked like boneless wings.

So this is about WINGSTOP not this specific location. Bring back the old fries or you are going to lose a ton of customers. The wings alone are not enough of a draw. My favorite item was the fries and they STINK now! They taste like frozen Orida grocery store fries. They are fried in cheap nasty canola oil, and now they are frozen. The old fries were fresh cut, and the taste was right up there with McDonald's. You wont make more money cutting costs by switching to frozen fries. You will lose more customers, ergo money, than the savings will be worth. We vote with our dollars people.

I eat your wings at least once a week, but in other branches, I have never waited so long, there are about 3 people in the restaurant including me. I wait to get my food for over 20 minutes. In addition, I sit in front of the window and I see them working without gloves and touching the food with their hands, even the cashier touches the food in the kitchen after touching the cash and then again the food. But in contrast, this was the most delicious branch I have eaten. The fries were great and the sauce on the wings was as good as it should be. I took BBQ sauce and lemon and pepper sauce. It is a little strange that the drink machine is in the kitchen and not accessible to customers.

Unacceptable!!! There's clearly ZERO quality control in the kitchen and they aren't cleaning their wings before frying them. I can understand a random or two feathers here and there, but this many on one wing?! At least replace it with a clean one while you're tossing them, if it made it past the fry cook, but nope, they box it up and sell it! 🤮 I miss when people took pride in their work. I can't trust eating food from lazy cooks! 💯
My daughters love this food, especially my oldest she could eat it every day, little salty, for me, but my young adult kids enjoy it.

This place will rip you off. They shorted me wings, which are already expensive and not nearly worth the cost. Service was slow and no-one paid any attention to detail. Saw another customer have to ask for a to-go box on a to-go order because the staff doesn't use common sense. Don't waste your time or money coming here.
