So the reason for so low is when the super bowl happen. This place became a bad show that went worse as time went on. The manager she had no control over anything that happened here that day. Corporate needs to figure out a real system for those types of occasions.They cannot handle that kind of rush even though they had more than enough employees.
#24142854676021251Ordered delivery. Now three times in a row they mess up the wings order. Tonight, they even forgot our french fries. Called. Explained to girl what happened. Put on hold. Came back and asked me again what happened. Again explained. Advised yet again we ordered “Classic” (picture shows only a Drum) and we basically got “Mix & Match” of wings and drums. She said the picture is only to show the wings are “Bone-In” and I explained that’s pretty evident, but very misleading since right next to that option is the “Mix & Match”. She wanted to argue.Then to boot, clearly marked on delivery to leave order on the stool, and delivery girl leaves it right, flush up against the door. Thanks for reading!

This place is packed with take out orders and deliveries orders. Ahead of me walking in had been about close to a bunch of people standing and waiting. The wings are good so is the wait on either raining night or on the weekend. Share crowded parking. Convenient location near Kroger.

The front guys that used to work at the wing stop in the Kroger shopping center on 544 were awesome. Now they have these nit wits that can’t get names correct and can’t take an order. The only ones that know what they’re doing are the guys making the food.

Showing UFC (ESPN) when I came for the pickup — had I known, I would have stayed to watch! ??Nice, friendly service by Rachel and Marco at the counter. I don't go up here to order food often but I'll order on the app and pick up in store. Every time the people helping me are nice and I've never had a problem getting all the food. In fact they've given me a extra wing or 2 on multiple occasions. The food is always good the only thing I have a problem with the is that you can't fill your drink yourself. They probably got rid of that in 2020 but at this point I don't see any reason we can't just do the drink's ourselves.

2nd time they shorted me my wings. These wings already expensive, every one count plus i paid for three plates of 10. i expect that not 8 not 9. But 10. Sad i will be opening every plate before leaving next time. Its getting ridiculous. Count your wings before you leave.
