Why is y’all’s app never on? And if I order through the speaker stuff gets left out? It was going so great with the app for a while and now you just turn it off every day. I know it can be turned back on too because we’ve had to do that when calling to ask.

Ordered a single cheeseburger with bacon cheese, lettuce, pickles, and Mayo. I got nothing but meat and bacon and ketchup. Was really looking forward to my lunch but ended up throwing it away. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The person who was taking the order obviously was not listening she added 2-double cheeseburgers and one cheese burger. I noticed it and I told her I only wanted one double cheeseburger and one cheeseburger and she added another double cheeseburger I told her to pay attention and she said with an attitude I am putting in what you are telling me. I told her no you are not she preceded to laugh. Such poor customer service I told her you lost a customer and she again laughed. I only gave a one star on the rating because I couldn’t give anything lower. I called back and asked for the district office number and it was the same person who tried to take my order and told me the website is on the web. I know they have a cooperate number but she didn’t give it to me. The service you get when going to a place like sonic that has nothing but high school kids that don’t know how to give service.

Got drinks and footlong coney love when the app works 2 Large slushes and 1 large blackberry water and a footlong coney all for 9.16 is not bad at all

Tried this place first time in years to see why I stopped going here. Tried placing a order on line app said I could till 9:40 pm Tried place would not work .called and was told it work all day. It's fine I can spend my money at another place .the service at this place is awful your lost 6 meals. Won't be using this place ever again.
Lots of repairs going on and needed,rough exterior. kinda hidden. Service was great, food was very good.

I normally use my Sonic app before I show up. App was having problems. Someone had to come out to help me place my order. Then when I made a change to my order it all got hung up again. I just wanted to drive off! The person came back out and helped me get the order right. Very nice. Too bad they couldn't have just taken my order with my App discount because I had no time to enjoy my food because I had to get back to work.

Arrived tonight at 8:45 pm only to have the girl tell us they are closed. Went to Dairy Queen, as we passed by they were serving other customers. Confused about the hours. The sign said open till 9. Why are there chairs always stacked up at the drive thru? It’s not just random it’s all the time with a sign on the window saying drive thru closed. Why even have a drive thru if it’s never available to the customers. From all the reviews I’m surprised the owner doesn’t try to fix anything. The chair thing is kind of dangerous. I was parked waiting on my order one day, and a very older lady was pulling in next to me and they had a chair in that spot I’m guessing she couldn’t se it and ran smooth over it.
