I normally use my Sonic app before I show up. App was having problems. Someone had to come out to help me place my order. Then when I made a change to my order it all got hung up again. I just wanted to drive off! The person came back out and helped me get the order right. Very nice. Too bad they couldn't have just taken my order with my App discount because I had no time to enjoy my food because I had to get back to work.
When we hit the button and the girl Bri was taking our order she was super rude and gave terrible customer service. Then when she brought our food she didn't say a word. We told her keep the change she gave it back to us and walked off. But on a good note the food was great but the service sucked.

Why is y’all’s app never on? And if I order through the speaker stuff gets left out? It was going so great with the app for a while and now you just turn it off every day. I know it can be turned back on too because we’ve had to do that when calling to ask.
