My fiancé and I just ordered our first pizza from the Yokum Pizza Hut. Hot and ready when I went to pick it up the crust was buttery and fresh. Ingredients were fresh. Hats off to the pizza maker! The manager is insane. She screams and belittles employees while families are enjoying their meals. She knowingly delivered the wrong food because she didn't want to waste time making it again. The rest of the team worked well together and used excellent communication when she left, but they really need to answer that phone. I almost jumped in and did it for them. This Pizza Hut is in a small town and there aren't many options for delivery with my issues. So far there has been only one issue. Since then the service has been great. My deliveries are always fast and usually on time or earlier.
