“First time to stop in. We drive by all the time when traveling, but either it’s closed or we are in a hurry. Made time tonight to stop on a Friday night. People were already leaving with to go boxes and chatting in parking lot. Once inside it’s rustic but very clean and polished. There were families, locals, business men and groups meeting to share a meal. Menu just big enough to suit all appetites. But we went for the New York strip steak special with baked potato and okra. OMG the okra was amazing. The steak was cooked on a pit and came off juicy and cooked to perfection. Beverage prices were very reasonable. Friendly waitress said she’s worked there on and off for 16 years- that must indicate something of the owners to keep a good employee that long in today’s society. We will definitely stop again!”
