Diamond R is absolutely the stop for simple, basic food, done perfectly!Biscuits grilled with butter, so crispy and yummy; scrambled eggs made to perfection; sausage not greasy but nice kick of spice; and hash browns like they’re supposed to be…all with fresh hot coffee.Get this excited about a basic breakfast?! Really? Only when it’s done perfectly so you remember how good it can be!Attentive friendly servers, interesting locals…Worth the stop!
Great food and great service! We have been going for years now and it never disappoints. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all a hit! Chicken tender salad and Jalapeno burger are my personal favorites. It's a must when in Zephyr

Best chicken fried steak in Texas! Service is always great & so is the food. The jalapeño popper burger is out of this world, however, next time I'll have them add a slice of cheese to it - cant ever have enough cheese!
