“Isaac is the man!! What a super friendly face to greet everyone as they walked in! He made sure our experience was personal, he cracked some light jokes with us, and then whipped up some of the best ice cream creations we’ve had from any Coldstone location. You can tell he genuinely loves his job, and we appreciated every second of it! Every employee everywhere needs to take notes from Isaac. 12/10 would recommend and 12/10 will be returning!“

“We always get cookie cakes from here for our family birthdays. The past two cakes I've gotten, one in July for my daughter and one this past weekend for my son, were decorated so so cute. They really did a great job. They are always ready for pickup when I ask, and our family loves them. The employees are helpful. I'd recommend the cookie cakes!“

“I am only giving the 5 star review to one worker and one worker only Ej. There were 5 workers it seemed present in the store yet Ej was the only one to help us with a smile. She was fast efficient and friendly. Even though she seemed very stressed she helped us and even remembered us when we came back in.

I’m overly pleased by the way she handled customers even when the workers around her seemed to be slacking. She seemed to be solving a problem with door dash yet always prioritized the customers in the lobby!
