I’ve been a loyal customer of Apollo Burger for years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. On 2/13/25, I ordered a burger and, shockingly, found a coin inside it—a hazardous mistake that could have endangered my health. I immediately contacted corporate to report this serious food safety issue. Instead of an apology or a clear resolution, I was met with complete silence and empty promises of “looking into it.”
This negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. It’s shocking that a restaurant serving food could be so careless, putting customers at risk without any sense of responsibility. If you value your health and expect quality service, steer clear of Apollo Burger. This establishment has utterly failed its customers, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently went here and was charged a tip when I wasn’t offered to leave one the lady said to take my card back and she tipped herself on the Ziosk completely so cruel and evil I can’t imagine if they are doing this to other people as well. The manager came over and all she had to say was “that’s weird” and did not offer me a refund.

I had such a wonderful experience here, Sadie and Savannah are the best workers. Plus 5,000 aura points for them! They were very helpful and so kind. I recommend trying the fried mushrooms! They are fried to a perfect crisp and have a great dipping sauce. YUM 😋
