Best Customer Service. Friendly people working there. Not only in the Dining Room but also at the drive- thru. Never felt like ordering food from this store was a burden for the person taking my order. Ask for Patty, she has a great smile.

I was actually really impressed with the whole dining experience, as it was our first time in an actual Arby’s!
Originally never expressed any interest in dining at any Arby’s (not a fan of roast beef 🥩 sandwiches 🥪 in general), but I was surprised the menu also had burgers 🍔. Ordered a burger (with their Arby’s sauce) and their burgers 🍔 are actually really really good - I was really impressed!
Cashier (Kelton) was super informative with the menu and very knowledgeable, he really made a great impression on our first visit in. The grill guy Jake did phenomenal with our food - everything was cooked perfectly to our liking. AND I LOVE their “horsey” sauce, must try on burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟.
Dining area was clean and kept well. Will not hesitate to come back again for another tasty meal 🥘!

Some the worst service I've had from fast food in a while! We sat at the speaker with no greeting long enough to think they mightve been closed at 7pm on a wednesday. They were short tempered and got our meal sizes wrong and 2 of the drinks were wrong and rather than replace the drinks they wanted us to not only pay for new ones but they wanted us to come inside to do so! Food is fine but service is horrid!

Mary, the manager here, must go. She was the worst I've ever witnessed. Glad that the employees were nice. I rated it on their app and received a call from the regional manager. She committed to me that it would be resolved. Unbelievable rude manager. If she is there, be aware.

I love Arby's, but last time I was at this restaurant, they took my order in the drive thru, but by the time i reached the window (no other cars in line) they misplaced the order. The attendant was nice but then when I got the food they not only downsides the fries (even though I payed for the medium size) but they also only filled the fries about 2/3 the way. I never like it when they mess up in drive thrus because by the time you can check your food, you are already back on the road.
I haven't been to any Arby's in a while. I decided that I wanted to come here because the potato cakes are back. If you are a woman, do not come here.

I asked for extra arbys sauce and the worker refused to give me any more than 2 packets for two people. One packet a person isn’t enough. I’ve never had a problem getting extra at any other location. Pretty crumby
