I go to alll the Aubergine’s and the one in American Fork is my favorite!! I feel like their portions are so good, their workers are so kind, it’s all such a good experience! I even came in 30 minutes before close which I know is annoying but Lucas at the register was sooo nice to me and I had to get his name because he was great!

We just LOVE coming here! Always have the best service (Lucas is always just the nicest and we love seeing him). Food is always top knotch, haven’t ever tried anything we haven’t loved! All clean, natural, gluten free (which for someone with celiacs matters a lot) and great atmosphere! We will continue to come here ten times over!

I eat here up to 4 times a week. I cannot believe they do not accept cash for payment! You have lost a loyal customer along with many, many friends!

The food was absolutely outstanding. You can really tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. My personal favorite was the mango salmon bowl , which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and everything came out at the right temperature. Service was excellent our server checked in often, gave great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I love this place so much! We dined in to tonight and our cashier was lovely. So kind and patient as we took a whirl to decide. His name was Lucas and he was wonderful. And then Alex was helping to clear a table for us and he said working there on Fridays was his favorite because he loves watching so many people come in and enjoy each others company. It was delightful to see the night through his eyes. And the food was delicious as always. I love the music there too! Thank you!!
