The cookies were good, but the staff that was in there was TERRIBLE! A bunch of young girls who have no customer service skills whatsoever and have no business working with the public. For that reason right there I won't go back or recommend to others. I work hard for my money no need to go in and have to walk on eggshells with the staff.

Not a great cookie to me. I got an assorted box. The sugar cookie was pretty good (really it was the frosting I liked, the cookie itself just fair). Other than that, the rest were terrible. The chocolate chip cookie was way overcooked/crunchy and severely lacking in chocolate chips. Also, it had a strange outer crust to the cookie, as if it had been sprayed with sugar water before baking. The Snickerdoodle(seasonal cookie) and caramel cookies were bad enough that I took one bite of each and threw the rest in the trash... So not worth $10.

Over-rated! I took 3 of my kids there, we shared the sugar cookie and not one of them finished it. It was over baked as well. Also considering it's a “bakeryâ€, you'd think it would smell good in there! Think again, it smelled really weird. Kind of like Elmer's glue. My nine year old thought it smelled like diarrhea. And the employees seemed to be more occupied hanging out with their friends that were lounging on the couches in there.

Went in and got 2 salted Carmel cooked and both were hard it was like eating a nature valley crunchy granola bars. Good taste just not what I look for in a cookie.

Literally more then five ppl working I'm the only customer in the store on a Saturday night and the girl helping me says she is getting a phone call on her cell so someone else needs to help me. I ordered one cookie. Took 10 minutes for the other four associates to open the cash register then another five minutes after they realized no one was getting the cookie from the back... Seriously worst ever. Never going back.

New! Cinnamon Rolls!!!! I have been a Baked fan for a while now and my absolute favorite is the Salted Caramel. I love their delivery option but I was in the area today so I stopped into the shop. The staff was super friendly and I decided to get 2 Salted Caramel and 2 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip. It is Pumkin Season after all! I decided to try a box of the new cinnamon rolls. I got them home and, of course, they were still warm so I just had to try one. So glad I did! The cinnamon rolls are so good. Just the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar sweetness. Not too much. Not too sweet and sugary. The roll itself is fantastic. Perfect texture and softness. The glaze is amazing. Again, not too sweet. I could eat the whole roll and not feel sick to my stomach like with other “brandsâ€. This is definitely a winner. I will absolutely order these again!

Baked is hands down my favorite cookie place in Utah County! I've had the chocolate chip (which they recently changed the recipe for and it is even more delicious now than it was before, if that's possible!) I've had the peanut butter (the chocolate cookie is amazing and I love the peanut butter chips in it!) And I've had the Salted Caramel which is my absolute favorite! The cookie is fantastic and then there's caramel over the top of it! It is the perfect cookie! So delicious! And the customer service is the best! They are all super nice and helpful always!
Someone brought these cookies to an event last week and I have been dreaming about them ever since. I called the event planner to ask how to get my hands on these cookies! She said look up "BAKED" in Lehi. I had two different kinds and was blown away by the flavor, texture, combinations, presentation. This place has discovered cookie perfection.

If you have had one of their competitors cookies, which unfortunately, is the natural comparison with cookie shops popping up everywhere, you know these are not as good. Chip is just untouchable. If you haven't had Chip or even Crumbl, then their cookies are fine/sub par - nothing special, just a larger more expensive cookie. Homemade cookies are more gooey and warm. I'm wondering if we were there on a bad night with the rave reviews posted about this place? But really, I feel like you can't mess up cookies if that's your sole product. We had one of each flavor to give them all a go but it was an upset.

Baked makes it simple: do you want a huge, delicious cookie? Yes? Then come on in! We had the chocolate chip and salted caramel cookies with vanilla ice cream. Too good! I'm not even a dessert guy. What impressed me most is that the cookie is big and thick but it isn't gooey in the middle or overcooked on the edges. Cookie perfection.

Wow... sadly disappointing! TERRIBLE service. Came in to get 5th cookie free for National Chocolate Chip Day, and they didn't even have chocolate chip cookies which is just poor planning. Not only that, but didn't even offer to help us out 🤷ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸. The best part is the design, but the place felt filthy. Very unprofessional, the worker wasn't even wearing any sort of uniform or name tag... tried to call before hand to check if they did have the cookies and their phone doesn't even work. Won't come back and will encourage people to go to the good cookie places in the valley.

At the same time my wife and I ordered from Baked and one of their competitors. Baked arrived after the competitor. However, Baked was farther away from us than their competitor and the cookies were a lot warmer. Almost as if fresh out of the oven. Baked had a better presentation with their logo on the box. Baked allows you to mix the type of cookies unlike the competitor. The cookies were gooy on the inside and soft on the outside but did not soft enough to fall apart. 10% of their proceeds goes to help bring an orphan with Down syndrome home to a loving family. Overall I find Baked to be the better cookie delivery service.
