I can't express how great this staffs location is. We ordered a polar pizza for next day pick up at another location and they mentioned they couldn't do it.

I walked into this location and they made me a custom polar pizza on the spot in under 5 mins. I wish I would've caught the girls name who helped me. I'll be back to this location going forward. Spectacular customer service

They decided to close 5 minutes early and when I knocked on the window they pretended that I wasn’t there. They finally opened the door and said that sometimes they just close 3 minutes early and that if we wanted anything they’d have to reopen and put their blenders back up. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was just kind of crazy honestly

This location is my favorite since I go there often. After my shopping binge at the local lightly used clothing store... guess?

Peyton made my fiancés birthday!! We went in to this location looking for a premade cake and were ready to settle for a cake that had the flavors he wanted, but disappointed with how it looked. We mentioned a few times that he liked Spider-Man, but were told that it would take 24 hours to get one of their Spider-Man cakes ordered. So Peyton offered to make one for us. We told her to go ham on the design and let her creativity guide her and we’re VERY happy with the results! She didn’t disappoint at all. We didn’t even ask for the Spider-Man look, that was all her! We thought she would just whip something up and we would be happy with it. She delivered wonderful customer service and very talented at cake design. Love her so much! Please give her a raise ! She deserves it!

I’ve always came to this location for years and it has always been a great experience until today.. I ordered a 4th of July cake and it was not like the picture, the red and blue icing was the wrong shade and there was no sprinkles. When asked about the discrepancies the staff kindly informed me that they ran out of the red and blue icing like the picture as well as the Fourth of July sprinkles.. which is totally understandable, but as the customer I would have appreciated a heads up.

2 employees were just standing around while I tried to pay. I seriously almost left without paying since neither of them wanted to give me the time of day. Very odd.

Went there for a date night with my husband.
We both ordered two scoops and they barely gave us ANY ice cream. For the amount we paid for two scoops was ridiculous.

Apparently the employees were told they couldn't make a chocolate blast anymore for customers? Why is it a big deal to add ice to a chocolate milkshake? Super disappointing.

I visit this location often, the girl working last night was awesome, super friendly very helpful. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Stood there with my kids (only customers) while 3 employees kept ignoring us. Walked by us twice. One was on her phone. Rude.

Online it advertises that they have a cookie dairy free option. Someone gave my 5yr old a gift card here that I guess they will never use since the manager decided the cookie option wasn't popular enough (if you're not dairy free of course you'd choose the other options) so their ONLY dairy free option that they plan to keep in stock for the next several months is a LIME AND RUM daiquiri flavor that is NOT kid friendly. Note that it’s the end of august going into fall, not summer when a flavor like that would make sense.

If you have allergies I HIGHLY recommend skipping this place and going right around the corner to The Dessert Collective, which has several dairy and gluten free options.

I called at 10:55pm because I promised my son an ice cream for being good. I couldn't get to the store untill 11pm on the dot which is when they close. I asked Britney if she could just get 2 ice creams ready to go and I'll be in and out . She was very nice about it (ugh we all secretly hate the last minute people) so that is very much appreciated . You and your co worker seriously rock !!!!
