I usually love coming to this Beany’s location, but today was disappointing. The person who took our order was kind and helpful, but when we got to the window, several employees were loudly talking about inappropriate topics. One of them specifically was worse talking about things like drugs and using vulgar language…which made us uncomfortable.
We also received one 24oz drink and one 16oz instead of both 24oz. When we politely pointed it out, we were questioned as if we were wrong, though they eventually corrected it. The girl at the window was the one who was talking about the drugs. she had an attitude and gave us dirty looks, which felt uncalled for, especially since we had already tipped.
I normally have great experiences here, but today’s service felt unprofessional. I hope it improves because I really do like this location.

I don’t know what they do to their coffee but it’s dang good. I’ve made it a ritual to come here after my dr appts nearby and I’m addicted and can’t stop. The staff here is always SO kind, so helpful, and always smiling.

i LOVED the orem location i used to go daily! so when i found out about the AF one when i moved i was so excited. unfortunately the staff made me make the move to buy an espresso machine. one dude one morning genuinely didn't know his right from left i asked if they had a croissant that one question stopped him dead in his tracks and he couldn't tell me if they did if they were doing food or when food started (it was 8am) like he was unable to check or ask someone EDIT: it was like multiple weird off experiences. i put in mobile orders to make my morning easy and a couple times i was instructed to park and get out of my car and go up to the window which seemed to make the whole mobile order thing obsolete. and just a few other small things that added up to be annoying enough i don't wanna pay someone $9 what i can make at home

This place is not worth it because of their lack of respect and professionalism. I didn’t feel welcomed to the space. I wouldn’t recommend going to a place where you can have a better experience.

I come here very often and my friend and I order the same drinks. This time when I asked for no ice it was completely filled like regular. Our second drink was a campfire cold brew which I’ve gotten over 10 times. It tasted off as well. I called let them know. The dude on the phone said there’s not much he can do and he took my name and number that was two weeks ago. No call or anything. He could’ve easily offered to remake or have a better solution than saying he cant do anything and proceed to take my name for nothing to happen.
It has coffee. A rarity in Utah. That fact tnat its good and quick is all the better.

Cute place to do a quick trip in, my friend and I both got the energy drinks and while it taste good we both oddly got a migraine? (Caffeine headache) but the staff were so fun and kind to help us pick out an order

I’m a little dissatisfied today, I ordered a latte with no ice, and then I also ordered a 24oz cup of milk. They both had ice in them? The milk was FULL of ice. I’ve ordered this same combo and for some reason whoever made it for me today put hella ice in both of my things. I’m still perplexed about the milk in the ice??? I always order my iced coffee with no ice bc I like the temp of it without ice, and I also don’t like how the ice waters it down bc I’m not a fast beverage drinker. I ordered this through uber eats so it was extra expensive, and super disappointing when the order instructions are overlooked.
