We visited for our first time today. Ordered Lava flow and loved it! The nice lady on shift, alone, was making all 3 of our drinks at the same time. One was made incorrect so she made it again but let us keep the wrong drink as well. I thought that was excellent service and appreciated her work to serve us the best quality drink. We loved our first experience and are eager to return.
The customer service is always good here. The boba and drinks here are usually good, although it really depends on the person who's making it. I've been getting Italian sodas recently and this one guy makes them pretty mid but this one blonde girl makes them great. I just went in a few minutes ago and they were out of cream so I ended up getting a juice but the boba tasted undercooked or something. It was just not good and the only good part was the juice but the girl filled the cup up with so much ice that I was only getting a little bit of the juice. I feel dissatisfied and ripped off. Had to go somewhere else.
Great store! Jennifer was quite helpful in helping me decide what drink would be good. I ended up getting a Spiderman with half sweetness. It was exactly what I needed
We walked in at 9:45 (15 minutes before closing ) and staff was rude and said they are closing then kicked us out.
I go to this Boba Bee about once a week and order the same thing every time, but it always comes out different. Now, I'm not complaining, they're all delicious but it's also nice to have consistency in a business. Also, I must add that their bathrooms are impeccable! It was sanitary, stocked, and smelt like flowers!
Great drinks and the best employees
This place is awesome! We got there late at night and there was a huge line. There was one gal working and she assured it would be a long wait, we were fine with that and she handled it like a champ. Thank you!
There was four people waiting in the lobby and they were telling people a 15 min wait. The wait time was accurate unfortunately. Two different groups walked out after hearing the wait time. I can understand why they notified of the wait time though. There was one guest who got extremely impatient with them, even after being informed of the wait time. They don't rinse their boba, which makes the whole thing taste like brown sugar. The owner needs to get more than two blenders and faster workers. Drink was good and workers were kind at least.
Boba is good but service is the worst we waited 35 mins to get 2 drinks. That's insane was going to get a refund but I'm just not going to come back!

I meant to post this a few weeks ago but for some reason it didn’t work! Anyway, I wanted to talk about my favorite employee at Boba Bee. She has short ish brown hair and dresses comfortably. She’s working most of the times that I come in. I’m not sure what her name is but she has my usual order memorized and she always makes it exactly how I like it. When I walk in, she treats me like I’m a friend she’s known her whole life and she just has such a warm aura. She’s the sweetest and she makes my drinks so fast! I usually never write reviews but she stood out to me. She and I even had a whole conversation about music! She’s so chill and her playlists slap. I can tell she loves her job! She was working today when I came in around 8pm. She was working with a boy who was wearing a blue sweatshirt. Hopefully that helps you figure out who she is! Thank you, you beautiful person for always giving me a good experience! Keep up the great work! And thank you, Boba Bee for being amazing! ❤️❤️
We came in and were immediately greeted with a smile. The service was great and they worked quickly to make our drinks, which were both delicious! Would recommend!
When the drink is good, it's nice, but some employees don't make the drinks the same and there is terrible inconsistency. It also seems worse when there are lots of customers in, but that could just be unskilled employees. It's so bad that I sometimes don't come in when I want to because I'm afraid of being disappointed.
This visit might've been the worst so far. It tasted like there was no syrup and there was so much ice and large chunks of fruit I was almost forcing myself to drink it. It tasted NOTHING like it usually does :(
For the price especially, there shouldn't be this much inconsistency. I don't know if I can justify it any longer.
