I absolutely love bok bok and LOVE that they've been able to grow to open another location in Provo because they absolutely deserve it. i've tried everything from their menu so far but what keeps me coming back is their house sauce with those DELICIOUS french fries. they're battered which just means extra flavor, know what I mean? that I know of, there is no public restroom so if you need one of those you may need to head next door. last thing - I know we're in a global pandemic and everything but I took off a star because I think this place would be so much more legit with a better seating arrangement. even before covid, they didn't really have anywhere for people to sit (whether it be indoor or outdoor). my friends and i often have to take the food elsewhere to eat it which just isn't ideal. I would love to see them add some type of seating for their customers!

They have good food especially their chicken sandwich which is one of the best I've had. They just never have chicken sandwiches in stock. Something should change because they are definitely missing out on a lot of business by never having them. The last 7 times I've called or gone in, they don't have chicken sandwiches, and I'm sure I'm definitely not the only one getting food somewhere else because of it. The other day an employee said they would have 10 of them the next day. That doesn't make sense to me unless there is something super special about the chicken they use and they can't get very much of it but it would be nice to know why they have so little of it. Especially considering the first 4 times I walked in there they had them in stock. If they could keep it in stock they'd be making a lot of money off of them I'm sure.

There's so much good here, but also room for improvements. The excellent crispy fry, the house sauce, the slaw, the sliced green onion on the chicken ...all out of this world. The boneless chicken itself was small pieces, and because of the technique of a double fry-they are dry and a little tough on the edges. There's a lot of "fried" if you get boneless and fries. The most concerning is the cleanliness of the place. As another reviewer mentioned, the food server/money handler doesn't wear gloves and goes from one station to the other-freely. Big pieces of dirty -scratch that- rather filthy cardboard are on the kitchen floor in full view of the front door. Maybe build a swing door to hide some of that...it's not appetizing. And the sign to find the place is a tarp, that's half fallen down so all you see is "Bok".

Went in today and got the boneless chicken wings with fries. I was impressed not only by the fair price but the quality was amazing. Those fries were so fresh and yummy! I ate almost all of them on my way home! Sooo good! The wings were also very yummy and the sauce is so good! Spicy and a little sweet! Highly recommend!

I got the chicken with house sauce, french fries, and a side. French fries were SO crispy and perfectly seasoned. The chicken has just the right amount of kick to it. Very pleased with the food

So good the menu is simple but the food is amazing! The Parmesan tots are AMAZING! I did wish they offered more vegetables or greens but the flavors are great and the food travels great!

Average food, really cool guys running the place. Garlic and Snow chicken not worth trying, but the house sauce is tasty. Great fries. If you’re sick of your go-to places, this one’s worth a shot

I just happened to see someone post about this place, and I'm so glad I did! The boneless wings were so tasty and the fries were fresh and crispy. The service was great and the food was made quick. I can't wait to come back and try all the different flavors!

The food is good but they require masks and don’t love freedom, so enjoy the negative review! We tried to support some local small businesses but we will not support communism so tough luck, looks like we will also be taking company lunches elsewhere, this is what y’all get for complying with the department of health and human services.
