The service was outstanding. Cooked us fresh chicken for our sandwiches. Then gave us fries for our wait. Awesome location.

Drive thru was very slow despite being the only one in line. After paying I had to pull up to the front door to wait even longer as my nuggets were not ready. Sitting there I noticed they were pretty empty inside so the slowness was not because they were busy. By the time my food came out the burger and fries were cold and the nuggets I got were burned enough they tasted gross.

Wow. I haven't been to Burger King in a long time. I remember small thin burgers. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. It was twice the size I thought it would be and the patty looked like real burger. The fries were super hot. I will be stopping by more often.

No doubt the worst Burger King around. This one gives the franchise a bad name. The Whoppers came with potato buns instead of the usual sesame seed bun. The onion were butchered and not nicely sliced. Pickles were clumped in a ball not spread out and there was barely any lettuce. All this and we were the only people there. This will be last time we will go to this one. Don't know why we gave this location so many chances.

The Burger King has kind of gone downhill in the last few years. Their fries are ok, the burger buns are too soft for my liking, and they always have a coupon. But the store is smelly and the play room is too warm. There are only two people at most to take orders and make the food. There was a group of 3 people who went in after we did and stood by the counter for at least 5 minutes or so and never had anyone pay them any mind. They finally left.

This place is the worst ever. The food is sometimes good but mostly bad. I only go there because it’s close to my house but that one time I went was my last time. No one takes care of that place. I went with my mom and the girl didn’t take our order for like 20 minutes it felt like, and she was very rude to us. Somebody needs to step up and take care of that place.

I don't mean to be shallow or mean but the last few times I've gone to this American Fork Burger King location the workers look so dirty and really grungy. Their clothes look dirty. The girl that handed me the food got splashed white sauce or something.
The only good thing I can say about it is that the fries were fresh and the whopper wasn't half bad. Customer service was awful. Restaurant is very dirty and they dont look opened after 9pm on any day if the week

Friendly staff but seriously grossed out... Don't go in! Bathroom, floors, and kids area need one heck of a scrub down and bleach. The place needs a really good cleaning and some repairs to the equipment. Sounds like the receipt and soda machine are still broken. Probably just management being lazy and cheap. How hard is it to clean?

Cold food, all except the fries. Dry chicken, dry buns. Every experience we've ever had at this location has been poor. Unfriendly and slow workers. I wouldn't recommend this location! Make the trek to Highland/Cedar Hills for a better experience!

It's an ok burger king... When dining in during the day, I hear the employees complain a lot. Still though the foods good and the drive through makes life easy if you don't want to hear them complain.
