The food is so good here! And the people are very kind, I am surprised these guys don’t have 5 stars because the food is the BEST!!

The restaurant venue is very nice and the service was so great, but my brisket wasn’t ever fully cooked even after I sent it back to be cooked again. I can’t be eating raw brisket 😢 the spices and vegetables of the pho were delicioso 😋

I have been here many times. Normally the Pho is great and the service is great. Last night, 6 October 2025, there was no ice in the ice machine, I let the kid behind the counter know and at least for the 45 minutes we were there he did nothing about it - so warm beverages for all. In the past the Chicken Pho has been great but last night there was very very little chicken and this was a disappointment for me. The flavor was still very good but of all of the Pho places I have been to in my life this was the least amount of chicken I have ever experienced. We will come back one more time and give them another try because maybe this was just a one-off bad experience and all experiences before this have been very good.

Really good food. I planned on only reading half of the sandwich and ended up eating the whole thing.

Banh mi Sandwich $10
Flavor tasted like bread because fatty meat was disturbingly and too few vegetables. They used to be GREAT and I've given them 4 stars. The egg roll was not as good either. Shrimp was blah. Not any more and not coming again with so many great places around

So delicious! I had the coconut curry chicken bahn mi. My husband had the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. We will be coming back regularly.

We eat out here for date night almost every week. It's our favorite spot. It's quiet calm atmosphere is perfect for a private discussion.

We dream about these spring rolls. So delicious. Rice paper wrapper with thin rice noodles and lettuce and cucumber, thinly sliced and shredded carrot in an incredible sauce with a bit of a kick, but not too much. We tried the cane juice and learned that it includes a bit of coconut water and another ingredient. We agreed it has a bit of a flavor like crushed Froot Loops. We added Boba to ours. Black spheres that are chewy and made of tapioca starch which is made from the root plant cassava. Gluten-free. Love this Vietnamese food!

Got here at 7:35. Chairs were already up and the kitchen was already cleaned and ready to close. The cashier and cook were rude. They said they wouldn’t take my order unless I took takeout. I told them we could finish eating in 15 minutes, and they still would not take my order. So bummed, my family and I really like this place. Will not go there again.

A family fave for sure! Not only is it close to where we live but the food is soooo yummy! My mom barely has an appetite but when we get dinner here she eats it all. So we try to go here once a week. Staff is very friendly and their boba is top notch!!!

Ordered a large beef combination pho to go with a side of chili oil. I received a pho with only steak and briskets. The chili oil had an old, unusual sour smell to it that made the whole bowl taste off. The to go portions seemed smaller than dine portions as well.

Just visited Cafe Trang and have mixed feelings. The food itself deserves praise - authentic flavors and generous portion sizes that definitely satisfy. Their vermicelli and rice bowls are particularly excellent, though the pho is just okay.

One small suggestion would be to have sauces available on the tables like most other pho restaurants do, rather than having to ask for them.

What unfortunately takes away from the experience is witnessing the owner's interactions with staff. During my visits, I've observed her speaking harshly to employees about order mistakes in front of customers. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that detracts from enjoying the meal.

The food quality keeps me coming back, but I sincerely hope the management-staff dynamic improves. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially in front of customers.
