Cafe Trang Bistro American Fork

Discovered this place last month by accident. Wife was going next door to do nails. So glad I did. I always order taro boaba no tapioca. Curry coconut chicken with egg roll. And a bowl of big brisket pho with extra meat.

Place usually empty with people picking up orders.

Have ordered and picked up. Door dashed too. Really good.

Kid-friendliness: Took grandson. He's picky about food won't eat just anything. He loved the noodles and curry coconut chicken

Have eaten there and gotten food to go. We’ve tried the beef combination pho, shrimp spring rolls, coconut chicken curry, and Vietnamese egg rolls. All are delicious. I have to have gluten free and am SO thankful all the gluten free items are listed right on the menu and there are many many options.

I recently found this place and its SO good !
Their Bahn mi is so soft and flavorful , the atmosphere is so nice in here too. Plants all around and the staff was super nice

This is literally one of our FAVORITE restaurants!
They have the best pho I’ve ever tasted. I thought l didn’t like pho before I had it from here. They have fresh toppings and herbs you can add optionally. I realize I don’t like the Thai Basil and they put it on the side.
My other favorite is their taro boba smoothie and they have a big selection of other boba teas and smoothies as well as a glorious menu of other Vietnamese foods that I’m so excited to try!

Food was made with cheap ingredients. Although the Bahn Mi wasn’t awful, it was the worst bahn mi I have ever had. Classic chain restaurant to save a buck to use cheap ingredients and even cheaper atmosphere.

Been here twice now, 1st time was amazing (Large Pho, Beef Combo)

2nd time today, was kind of terrible (Large Pho, Beef Combo again + Egg rolls) egg rolls were great, Pho broth was too cold too fully cook the beef and none of the normal side add-ons came with it. (Lime, Hoisin Sauce & Sriracha, Bean Sprouts) Microwaved Pho when you only drove home 5 minutes immediately after picking it up with no add-ons is about as exciting as some instant ramen.

Will try again another time, but unless I am just a one off recommend opening the bag before you leave on take out.

I have been to this place dozen of times, and they have absolutely amazing pho! The lady seems to own the place with her family. This place is great local authentic food. 10/10

Came to Cafe Trang Bistro in AF 25 minutes before closing and it took them 5-10 minutes to take the order. Then they told us they only do takeout orders. We ordered the food and ate in the car where I got the egg rolls spilled everywhere. Seriously they have no customer service. They aren’t even closed and they want you to get the hell out. Their food is good but I think I will be driving to SLC to find a competitors restaurant rather than eat here again. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to us but it is the last time.

I love this restaurant. I always get the Vermicelli bowl. It is amazing. I would eat that meal everyday forever if I could. Staff is very kind. I really love this restaurant so much. I am a regular here. Their Pho is also incredible. The broth is so amazing. I just can’t say enough good things about it. Their egg rolls are delicious. I am so glad this restaurant exists.
