It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru (this was around 1pm, so just after the main lunch rush, but there were not many cars in the parking lot to dine inside).I personally sat at the ordering microphone/order screen for over 8 minutes. I finally had to go to the window to both order and pick up food because no cars were ahead of me). I watched at least 10 or so vehicles pull out of the drive thru and leave behind me. This store is often slow in the sence that they tend not take the orders at the screen quickly, but this was a joke.

We had the worst experience while ordering, the employee yelled at us when we left with our order, she thought we laughed at her. We will not return to this location.
You can never go wrong with a juicy guacamole burger from here. They're fantastic along with their handmade shakes. Good place to get a quick bite when you're on the run.
