We came later in the day, around 7:30 or so. Our food came out super hot and fresh and it was great. Tried out the new Cali XL burger and it was a hit. Waffle fries are always great too.

Dined in today, I didn’t want a drink with my combo. After purchasing, the manager, Norma, of this location told me it is cheaper to get it in a combo, she told me this after paying. I asked her if we could reverse it, so I could get a drink and pay less and she told me no, it wasn’t possible because I already paid. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. If you aren’t going to let a customer know about a price savings before paying, don’t bother to tell them at all, because I don’t want to come back now knowing I am going to get jacked on combo vs non combo pricing. Photo shows a co-worker who got the same thing I did in a combo with a drink and paid $1 less than I did. Then when she brings the food to my table she says “that is why we always offer the combos” Well, had you offered the combo I would have known about it, you didnt offer it. Heck you could have offered me the drink still and kept the extra buck and I would have been fine with that.

Been having a crappy day, I chose to go to Carl's Jr for dinner with my 2yr old and hubby. I ordered the California burger, and they gave me a regular burger and they didnt give my 2yr old her chocolate milk.... 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
We held my son’s birthday party here. The kids had a great time, the food came out fast, and everyone was so good to work with. We also come to hang out here often when the weather is bad. The playland is so fun for kids. The app has great deals. We love this Carl’s Jr!
