New drive through option is ridiculous. I drive a small SUV and couldn’t even make the turn in the mobile order line. Then they just merge into one. What was the point of the remodel?

MOLD AGAIN....YUCK!!
Okay I am adding this to my first review. I went to CFA in AF again this past Monday to order my wife breakfast. I thought I'd get the granola yogurt parfait as part of her meal. YEP, mold again! So, I took it back to the store and the manager took it from me and said he was sorry. As he walked away he said he would let the kitchen manager know about it. I stopped him and I asked him are you going to do anything? "Oh yeah, what did you want", was how he replied. I said how about my money back, because I don't want another yogurt.
Please, please, please, teach your employees about rotation and customer service. We will not buy yogurt there again,. we only go to the American Fork store because it's close to my wife's work. l caution anyone that does buy the yogurt parfait there to look at it closely before you leave.

First review: I stopped by your location in American Fork to get my wife breakfast and I dropped it off at her work. Before I got too far away she texted me a picture of her yogurt parfait. It had mold on top of the blueberries and specks of it in the yogurt, as well. So I turned around, picked it back up, and took it back to the restaurant. After the employees showed it to each other, one of the managers finally asked me if I wanted another one or something different and then said; "Do you want something free?" I told him that I had already wasted enough time coming back and told him just to give me another one. I said to him that if he wanted to give me some cards for like a free sandwich or something that I would use them later. So he said, "Cool" and just handed me a new yogurt and nothing else in the bag, so he really wasn't listening. So please train your employees how to rotate product and how to really listen to customers.

Chick fil a is always great and today I was even picky about changing the chicken in my salad to grilled and no tomatoes and as always they were happy to please. They are always very organized, quick and pleasant. This is an easy go to stop. I love their Cobb salad with ranch and a little buffalo sauce too!

This has to be the most disappointing Chick-fil-a that I've eaten at. We went through the drive thru. They took our order wrong, looked annoyed when we corrected them, and then didn't even give us utensils and napkins when they handed us our actual order.

Alice is wonderful! I was looking for crackers at the condiment table and only took a few seconds before Alice approached to help. She asked me what I need help finding and went and got me the crackers I needed for my mom’s salad. She was so smiley and welcoming toward me, Alice I can tell works hard at keeping this place smiling and in a good mood!

They forget something every single time we order online from here. Usually a whole sandwich or a fry, which really sucks. I don't know why we keep getting food from here.

Yesterday I was at the Farmington Chick Fil A, which I frequent often. The experience I had wasn’t the first time this has happened. I had 1500+ points. I put in my app to use 1,000 points for a chick fil a deluxe sandwich, not meal. Well I forgot to pay close attention when I was paying and it wasn’t until I had left that I checked my receipt and saw that I was indeed charged for the sandwich. I then checked my app and instead of the 1500 points I now had 175. So, I was charged money AND points. The last time this happened I went back and they couldn’t do anything about it and told me I would have to go through app. Well that was a complete nightmare so I just gave up and lost my points. I didn’t want to go through that ordeal for nothing again so I’m out 1300 points for one sandwich. After having gone through this twice now, I will pay better attention in the future.
