This drive through is a massive liability to alloy wheels. I have been driving on high end rims for a decade and never so much as kissed a curb. The concrete layout of their mobile through is virtually impossible to navigate safely. The shape does not follow elevated cues that can be seen through side mirrors. So even though you’re clear of guiding posts there are rogue popouts of concrete that obliterated my rim today. The concrete in question is caked in black rubber from all the tires that have hit it.
Pair this with their staff jumping around all over the place and nobody directing merging traffic and it’s gross negligence at worst and idiocy at best. Enraged at this new design and I am done with this restaurant.

All the team members are so cool. I like eating all the breakfast menu stuff. Chicken burrito, chicken minis, chicken and egg biscuit. Amazing. Everyone should order chicken fil a breakfast

I would have to say all of the staff is very welcoming and polite, I even had what I believe would be there i.t. personnel or building maintenance person was up front working in a receipt printer and she was still helping guest out. I do believe her name was Julie. This location is always amazing when I visit.

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A branch! Aways excellent customer service. I've never interacted with management but they are running things properly because the staff is incredible friendly and cheerful. A lot of other food locations have staff that will treat you with contempt as if it's your fault they have a job they hate. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job. Food is always hot and fresh. Bathrooms are immaculate.

Drive through service sucks!!
This location has two lanes. One lane for a drive-through the other for mobile app. I should’ve just done the mobile app lane because it was empty but my wife has the app and I don’t and I was driving. So we waited in the long drive-through lane while multiple cars passed us in the lane . We waited 15 minutes just in the line to get to someone that could take our order. There was only one lady taking orders. When we finally got to her, she said pull up to the microphone and they will do that and she took someone else’s order. I guess that’s OK because I thought it would go fast. The person on the microphone asked for our order three times because according to them people were talking to them and they couldn’t hear us. After we gave our order three times it came out wrong. During the time we were giving our order to the microphone three Times More people pass us by on the mobile app. Very frustrating. The order was wrong. I will never go through the drive-through at that location ever again. Also, I asked them to get me a cherry Coke and if they did not have a cherry Coke to get me a regular Coke. At the end, I ended up with a cherry berry Coke. That was definitely not what I wanted and it was way more expensive. But after 30 minutes of waiting, I had no more time to try to correct the order. Horrible experience.

You can ask for your chicken grilled or fried making it friendly for all different types of customers. They also have crispy fries, creamy mac and cheese and smooth shakes in many different flavors. The price is usually about 10-12 dollars per meal which is reasonable for the quantity of food that is given. The service is fast with the average wait time being 8-10 minutes! Overall, Chick-fil-A is convenient, fast and provides many options for different customers.
