3 employees, only 1 girl helping us and a huge crowd waiting behind. Very very small portions, hardly any mix ins.

The employees were very friendly and efficient. A very large crowd came in after we got our ice cream and they jumped right in the getting everyone served as quickly as possible.

Place was neat and tidy until the 38 people who showed up right after us. Nice place to come with friends, family, or a date. If you come with a large group maybe call ahead.

Way understaffed!

I’m a regular customer here. I ordered the Coffee Lovers Only with brownie size M, but the almonds, Heath bar, and caramel were missing. I understand mistakes can happen, but it made me feel really disappointed.

As usual, understaffed. Great employees. 23 people in line, out the door, 2 employees, 7:30 pm on a Friday night.

It is always busy when we go here, but the line moves fast and everyone is having a good time. This place has a very good vibe and the ice cream is delicious, especially Root Beer, one of the new flavors. We like it when new flavors are introduced. The employees are very nice. We love it when they sing a silly ice cream song after receiving a tip.

I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went into the store when they said it would be ready and waited over 40 minutes. The people who were there after me got helped first. There were only two workers on a busy Friday night. Definitely need more staffing. There was another person who did an online order who ended up getting in line and got their ice cream faster.

Here at the store right now 11/22/24. Have been waiting for 30+ minutes for my online order. Took them forever to even acknowledge me. There are people who were here after me in line and have already gotten their ice-cream. Very understaffed as well.

I was there tonight and oh boy the employee was sooo stingy, probably following instructions but seriously a pea size of extra ice cream won’t make a difference. The sample display had more ice cream than what we got…very disappointing for the $30+ of what we spent…don’t let the pictures fool you there was a lot of empty space underneath of what you can see!! It’s getting ridiculous and then half of the time you don’t even have supplies. Today out of Almond milk and the minion ice cream no sprinkles and then you dare to ask $4 as a minimum of tip amount?!?! Sorry kids nothing against you but against the greedy owners!!!

The girl who helped us was super nice! I got cake batter and silk chocolate almond milk. Hubby got cake batter and banana.
We sampled the minions ice cream and it was good too!!

This is the closest Ice-cream shop, and has unique flavor combinations. They are easily accessible, but there are times like this day, where we came in waited over 10 minutes while the two employees were doing something with the chocolate. After the third time of one heading to the back I spoke up and was told "I'll be with you in a minute" 5 minutes later they game up front and seemed put out that we were there.The location, makes this place a go to for us, but repeated delays like we had on the 11th will encourage us to go elsewhere when possible.

The waffle cones taste like soap, idk if y’all are spraying the cleaner onto your cones or what but we avoid this cold stone and go to the town over now.
