You guys cannot be serious with this maple bacon. 😂
What is the purpose of placing an online pickup order ahead of time just to show up at said time and be told the cookies your ordered are not available and they can only sub 3 cookies instead of 4 because of some promotional offer you are doing with the orginal cookies. Such bull crap. I ordered 3 12 packs of minis. 4 chocolate chip and also a 3 pack of minis. Somewhere around $95 dollars for my wife's 50th birthday. Every year we do this and this year her birthday fell on a Sunday so we placed the order early Saturday morning for pickup Saturday night. Upon arrival I checked in on the app and waited several minutes for my order to appear in the pickup shelf. After about 10 other customers came and went I decided to go inside and see what was up with my order. Upon arrival the employee ( only one in the whole store) said they were out of chocolate chip cookies and they would be happy to give me 3 in exchange for the missing 4. WHAT??? I placed my order at 9am. How can you accept an order and then not follow through on said order then offer 1 less cookie than what we paid for. Total BS....

Overpriced. The staff is nice but they seem to always only have one or two working. They wear the same gloves for everything, (taking orders, making cookies, pulling hair out of their face, moving stuff around, boxing cookies for orders, etc) and it's a bit gross. Gloves do not equal clean. The last time I came to this location was a long time ago and it had the same issues. Sad, because they're yummy.

Everytime I have ordered curbside I have to walk in because it takes so long and my order is just sitting there, ready. Maybe they are understaffed and overwhelmed? Hire more people
