Got a free sandwich meal on Veterans Day. First off, thanks for supporting veterans! Also, Drew made an AWESOME sandwich for me. Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had (not kidding). Friendly service and delicious food 🤌

We waited for 10 min, and were THEN told they weren't taking any orders until their sandwich makers caught up (an expected additional 20 min wait.)

It's a little expensive for what it is. But not very much food. I thought it was thin. But other firehouse subs are the best subs around! The Italian sub with bacon is the go to!

Walked in to order and the manager on duty was completely rude in every way possible. I accidentally brought in a coupon that worked at the Lehi location totally my mistake but the manager said in a super rude voice that they don’t except those here. Then while the girl was taking my order the manager just constantly talked over her and was being rude to me and my wife saying we couldn’t order things and that would have to be done online if we wanted it. On top of that it took over 20 minutes to get our food as the girl seemed to be the only one working. This is the second time having a bad experience here after the first time them forgetting the specialty brownie they were offering at the time and when I called to tell them the manager called me a liar. Honestly has ruined me wanting to come back ever!

This store needs new management or ownership. We moved here three years ago and FHSs is one of our favorite places to eat. We found this location was not clean and had subpar service when we first moved here so we have been driving the extra distance to visit the FHSs near Traverse Mtn. We decided to give this one another try since it has been a couple of years and it proved to be in the same horrible shape. The restaurant was not clean and the staff was horrible. We didn’t even get to place an order before we decided to walk out. We stood at the counter for several minutes and were never even acknowledged. Looking around the counter the floor was nasty and it was apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. Save yourself and drive to the FHSs at exit 284. Corporate needs to step in and remedy this location or close it.

Firehouse subs has the best sub sandwich out there. You can’t beat the hook and ladder. Today I got the “buy one medium get one free” and it was delicious. This location is clean with friendly fast workers. I love that they have a veteran discount.

Food is always amazing but as I was waiting for my mobile order they were constantly complaining to the customers that they’re short a person. They would walk away in the middle of a customer paying. One man asked what cup he should take for a kids meal order and the person behind the counter just said “take whatever you need, we’re too busy to deal with that right now.” Yet they were perfectly fine chatting away about their son and standing still for a few minutes. I thought that was extremely rude and I probably won’t be returning to this location due to the pure disrespect and rudeness that the employee displayed.
