Firehouse Subs in American Fork offers great subs at great values. They always have deals on the web and have your meal prepared very quickly. The restuaruant is very clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to accomadate all your request.

I've been coming to this location almost every Saturday for a while now and my experiences have varied but this last one was the final straw. The bread was really dry (which means they are using old bread) and there was only meat on about half the sandwich (looks like they slapped a pre-portioned amount right in the middle and didn't spread it out (we got 4 total sandwiches and they were all like this)). Overall, pretty disappointing.

Connor got us our Mac and cheese even after they closed and locked the doors. Great guy.

We ordered from them on DoorDash for our first time but we’re allergic to the things that we requested to be taken off of it and they still added it onto it as well as the extras we asked for was missing and let’s not even talk about the missing chips and drinks $50 worth of food down the drain definitely never going to trust them again not worth my life thanks

I ordered three sandwiches a cookie and a drink, two of the sandwiches were completely wrong and the meatball sandwich had no sauce and was so dry. I couldn’t eat it. We got the wrong chips and the wrong cookie.!!
Not sure who’s working the counter today, but I spent a lot of money on this delivery and ended up throwing most of it away!! Sad and frustrating! Usually Firehouse is really good.. bad employees today!!!

Normally I don’t leave these kinds of reviews but I have to speak up.

I ordered two sandwiches and mac & cheese.

They screwed up both sandwiches. They didn’t take anything off I asked them to take off and they managed to not put on the extra items I paid for. Double screwup.

Now, the mac & cheese. It was colder than room temperature and it was eaten 10 minutes after it was “prepared”. Not to mention the cup was only filled 2/3 of the way. (Had to microwave it and just give it to my kid, wasn’t enough to satisfy a three year-old)

Again, I don’t normally leave these types of reviews but they literally screwed up every single part of the meal possible. I get people make mistakes like perhaps forgetting to heat the macaroni and cheese, but this is something I’d be very concerned about if I were corporate/management.

Firehouse subs is traditionally great food. It’s too bad this is the standard at this location.

It even said double checked for accuracy on the bag with a box that was check marked.
