Normally I don’t leave these kinds of reviews but I have to speak up.
I ordered two sandwiches and mac & cheese.
They screwed up both sandwiches. They didn’t take anything off I asked them to take off and they managed to not put on the extra items I paid for. Double screwup.
Now, the mac & cheese. It was colder than room temperature and it was eaten 10 minutes after it was “prepared”. Not to mention the cup was only filled 2/3 of the way. (Had to microwave it and just give it to my kid, wasn’t enough to satisfy a three year-old)
Again, I don’t normally leave these types of reviews but they literally screwed up every single part of the meal possible. I get people make mistakes like perhaps forgetting to heat the macaroni and cheese, but this is something I’d be very concerned about if I were corporate/management.
Firehouse subs is traditionally great food. It’s too bad this is the standard at this location.
It even said double checked for accuracy on the bag with a box that was check marked.

The food is yummy and I love the hot sauce variety. Had a great experience here recently. The AC is super chill an oasis from the hot sun!

I was literally the only one in there, I asked for mushrooms added to my cheese steak which they didnt add, the sandwich itself came cold and watery, the bread already turning soggy even though it was ready in like 3 minutes and I opened it right away. Sad hospital cafeteria sandwich. So grossed out by the Luke warm watery meat.
Freezing cold AC. Could not enjoy my wonderful sandwich

Super soggy and gross sandwich - not going back. Ordered a hook and ladder when I was only 2 min away. Showed up and was surprised to find that my order was ready already. Pretty sure they gave me an old sandwich (likely from a no-show), which was likely why it was ready so quickly and super gross/soggy. I’m too busy to go back. I emailed because it was wrong and was hoping they’d make it right. They didn’t respond. I was a routine customer (weekly). I let other things slide but this was the last straw. I’m not going back.

Took me 20min to get one sandwich with only 2 online orders in front of me.
Employees were terrible. Shame I thought a brand like this was to hold a standard as you promote fist responders so adamantly.
The owner should be embarrassed.

Shrinkflation at its finest. The “small” is 4 inches on a cold day and will set you back nearly $8. I remember, not many years ago, when a working man could eat here and get full on $10. Those days are long past. I’ve always liked their subs, they have good flavor and they support a good cause, but $15 for some bread and meat is a bit much.

We must’ve done something to offend the staff— the mood was atrocious, they found ways to mispronounce names I’ve never heard before, and our “hot” sandwich was room temp.
