Food is always good. Atmosphere is alright. However, most the time I come in the fry sauce and ketchup are empty. The cashier taking the order just stares at you waiting to take your order and doesn’t say anything even if you greet first. If I’m gonna spend 20$ on a meal, at least crack a smile.

not welcome at all. pulled into a stall at 9:20, they close at 10, while i was in my car, from the window i was given the death glare by an employee, which he held for the following 30 seconds. if you don’t like your job or the business you work for, get a job somewhere else. very disappointing and uninviting. terrible customer service and no respect for the business. food was great as always

Food tastes great but the amount of fries for the price is not okay. This is a large fry. The cup of fries was mostly full, but there are no extra in the bag. I grew up in Northern Virginia and I think I’m done with modern day Five Guys. It’s not worth the price. Cut the price in half or double the fries. You choose. Five Guys used to mean something.

Pretty good food, mostly cooked how you like, except my most recent visit. A hamburger with cheese makes me gag. Yeah, the order taker messed up the order. I didn't want whipped cream on my shake -- not a deal breaker. Cheese on my burger -- a deal breaker. This is really only the first time they've messed it up, but it was so badly messed up I can't give 5 stars. I hate cheese on burgers so much I'm tempted to give only 1 star. If this was my first visit I would have.

This place has fantastic burgers and fries! Loved every bite! I got a regular cheeseburger and fries and my date got a patty melt. We shared a Strawberry shake with banana added. Yummy 🤤

Disappointing customer service with Juanita (you’ll notice this lady is a problem if you read other reviews). Other staff were friendly. This was our second visit to this Five Guys location and while the food is always great, the service this time was very disappointing. When we got home, we found my wife’s burger was completely wrong with toppings she did not ask for and missing the ones she wanted. She had to drive all the way back, and when she arrived the employee was rude instead of apologetic. Her first comment was “you don’t like pickles?” rather than acknowledging the mistake (it was more than just pickles) and inconvenience. These are not cheap burgers and customers deserve both quality food and respectful service. Unfortunately, this experience has made us decide not to return.
