Attention all, of course they will apologize like all companies do; however, the proof is in the product an I have provided receipts. After a rough day at work for my wife I decided we would order some comfort food for my girl so she could just decompress and I could be there for her as support. We ordered a burger and fries and a loaded hotdog and fries… as you can see my wife’s hotdog is far from loaded. No onions, no peppers, no tomato, and virtually no sauce. I get that employees get busy and rushes happen but are you serious? This is the best you can provide customers? We know that ordering food comes with a risk that something will be missed, like the cheese from my triple patty burger I ordered (no picture), just went on with it because stuff gets missed sometimes. But, my wife’s hotdog…. Really?!?! This is America, how can you not make a hotdog? This is staple American food! We just passed the 4th of July this should be muscle memory this time of year. To keep a long story shot to anyone who has hung in this long, yes 5 Guys has good food; however, this location can’t manage to waist your time and ruin you dreams of some good comfort food. Pick anywhere else than here, they don’t care at all it’s just slap whatever together and push it out the door. Go enjoy your food somewhere else where you feel good about spending your hard earned money. Also ignore the mandatory “we are sorry about your experience “ comment that will come, because this isn’t the first time for us; however, we have decided this will be the last. P.S. Chick-fil-A is close just go there, at least you will get what you ordered….

I'm never going to the digital drive location ever again. This location is by far the best Five Guys I've ever eaten at. The digital drive location would consistently give us the wrong size of fries and our burgers would come out dry. Not to mention every Five Guys burger always having a faint smell of steamy gym locker. This location is the first Five Guys I've had that doesn't have that odd sweat smell when you open the wrapper.

This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten 5 Guys from this location. Luckily door dash gave me a refund. However every time the fries have just been saturated in salt. Literally inedible. And I know their fries can sometimes look burnt cause the skin is on them but they’re not, however today’s were. They must have been re-heated.

Our orders had missing items and one order had hair in the burger. They were more concerned about getting the orders out fast, than having the correct orders. I'm really displeased with this place. Other Five Guys are not like this. I definitely won't be coming here again.

Was not a great experience. I ordered hotdog and Cajun fries.
Hotdog was undersauced and cold, and the Cajun fries had so much seasoning, even after shaking it around with regular fries that the seasoning was scraping around in my teeth. They were also out of lettuce for my mom's sandwich.

One Sunday I called 35 minutes in advanced to let them know my order over the phone. I got there 45 min after the call and my order wasn’t even ready. There was only one family in the restaurant and one online order. When I got my receipt after paying they started my order
Dude what happened to the fries? The regular is so tiny now.

I have never felt so degraded before. First time ever hoping here. The guy taking my order was great, but I could barely hear what he was saying cause the music was a bit loud. Thought he told me 48, so when they called the number, my fiancee grabbed it and found out that was not our order. Took it back up and apologized for the mistake, but Juanita treated us like it was the worst thing we could have ever done. Our order came out, and everything looked smashed but still edible. Throughout the time we sat there, she kept sneering over at us. Juanita made us feel extremely unwelcome, and I don't ever want to go back. If I want to see that type of attitude, I'll go to the jr high.
