Haku Ramen House

Excellent! We had Haku, Shoyu, kids Ramen, Gyoza and Chashu buns. My whole family loved it! We'll definitely eat here again.

One of our favorite restaurants in the area. We always go here for special occasions and our toddler loves the food. Awesome and friendly staff!

Our party tried the miso ramen, haku ramen, and shoyu ramen and loved all of them! Highly recommend the spicy miso or miso ramen & shrimp tempura roll Even impressed with how great it is as leftovers (we stored the soup separately)

The food was delicious and prepared really quickly. Our server was really fast, friendly, and attentive. There was indoor seating but we didn't see any outdoor seating. We will absolutely come back here again!

I ordered a sushi roll, gyoza, and the spicy ramen bowl. The food was excellent both in flavor and presentation, and the service was friendly and prompt. My only critique is that the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price. At first, I thought my ramen didn’t have any meat since it was ground up and settled at the bottom of the bowl. Even after stirring, it wasn’t very noticeable. To their credit, the server went above and beyond and brought over some pork slices on the house to add into my soup, which I really appreciated.

In fairness, I’m a bigger-than-average eater 😅 but even after spending nearly $50 with tip, I still left feeling hungry. Great service and delicious food overall, but I’d love to see slightly larger portions for the value.

Black garlic tonkotsu is next-level—the oil adds this deep umami punch. Spicy miso ramen cleared my sinuses in the best way. Gyoza were perfectly crispy on the bottom. Fast service, cozy booths, and they don’t skimp on toppings. My new cold-weather cure.

I was skeptical with my decision.

The last time I had ramen in American Fork left me hesitant, but decided to take my chances due to the complimentary weather. I was not disappointed. This place demolished my doubts, and raised my standards for UT ramen. Haku Ramen is defining a new standard for ramen. A must try.

Amazing authentic ramen joint. Loved everything I ordered (shoyu with extra toppings, chasu pork buns, and seaweed salad). Ramen wasn’t too salty like most places. It was perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!
