I went to In-N-Out last night with some friends, and we had one of the worst experiences Iâve ever had at this chain. After we finished eating, the manager, Nikki, came over and told us we had to leave because there âwasnât enough room.â The thing is, there were plenty of open tables around us, so that excuse didnât make any sense.
When we questioned it, she became extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation calmly, she actually called the police on us just to get us out of the restaurantâdespite the fact that we had already eaten, paid, and werenât causing any problems.
In-N-Out is usually known for great service and a friendly environment, but this location completely failed at that. Being treated this way for no reason at all was shocking and honestly unacceptable.

Best hamburger! The pickle/mayo sauce is just right, not too over powering. The beef was juicy. Their onions are sweet and they didn't skimp on the tomato or lettuce. It's served with a good helping of fries. Their fries are made from fresh peeled potatoes so they are different but a good different. Also, the lines are always long, but such fast service. If you haven't tried this place you should!

This ff restaurant was so busy. The drive thru was a city block long. We went inside. The inside was busy too. I was surprised to tell you this placed lives up to its name. The restaurant was fully staffed and everyone was served fairly quickly. The burger was good. The chocolate shake was better. Im not a fan of the fries.
